This was my 3rd stay at this location and I would absolutely recommend it! Pristine rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location overlooking the waterfront all make for a lovely stay.
Waterfront view had a great view with great lighting from all the windows. The staff were all friendly. The restaurant had the best hotel food I’ve had.
We were all very impressed by our stay. We needed hot water and the bartender went and got it from the kitchen when he has pots he can boil hot water. He knew the pot probably was not up to my standard. He went out of his way to the and pour the water into my container which I am sure burn his hands a few times. All the rooms should all have good views of the port. The location is central to all the shops. We all slept well on the beds. The pool is good sized. There were other families there and we had plenty of room. Last thing was we had a young child when we stayed. The whole night we didn't receive a call about our child nor did we hear anyone next door to us. However, we were able to hear down the hall very clearly. All the staff were friendly and helpful
We stayed at this hotel after my husband's surgery because we didn't want to make the two-hour drive home. We were hoping he could get the rest he needed, and the location was very convenient.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The phone in our room wasn't working, and although we reported it, we were told someone would come to check it. No one ever did. Since the room phone wasn't working, I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk because there was no shower cap in the room. After waiting with no response, I had to call again before someone finally brought one. The next day, the same thing happened—I had to call twice again just to get a cup for coffee.
Another issue was the noise. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, making it difficult for my husband to get the rest he needed after surgery.
While the location is excellent, the service and overall experience did not meet our expectations.
Difficult to rate this hotel. So many very nice positives, but then several things that just fell short. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Maria (I think?) checked us in and told us about all the great amenities. We had a balcony room facing the marina. That’s where it started getting dicey. There was no furniture on the balcony. The enormous air conditioning equipment was positioned between the balcony rooms and the water and it was incredibly loud, so we probably would not have been sitting on the balcony anyway with all the noise. It seemed to me that the hotel was geared more to families with children. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and that was a very pleasant surprise. Lori waited on us (and I think she also did the cooking). She was upbeat and caring. I never expect much from a breakfast meal, but this one stood out. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly crunchy. Lori mentioned that she served our breakfast with a raspberry jam that she said was good: an understatement, best jam I’ve ever had. We did have fun watching the people and dogs walking along the marina, but we watched them from inside the room. I guess I would say that I recommend this hotel, but I don’t think the balcony rooms are worth the money.
We did not have a reservation but they had the room we wanted which was a king balcony. It overlooked the marina which was nice. The room was spacious but they used all modular furniture which seemed to be a bit unstable. The sheets appeared to not be-cotton but a synthetic. However, the bed was comfortable. Bathroom ok. Would go again due to the location.
Was a great experience, enjoyed the location and especially the morning breakfast with windows all around. I do wish you had a jacuzzi.
Everyone loved the location and we had the BEST service at breakfast in your restaurant. We also had a lovely person check us in.
Even with graduation weekend - the price was ridiculous. Yes, we chose to stay there when we could have saved so much more being up in town but it was completely overpriced and then we were charged for parking when we checked out!!! It’s just as easy to stay up in town and just drive down for the restaurants.
We LOVED the location and the restaurant on site but also being able to walk to other’s restaurants.
It was COMPLETELY overpriced! $300+\night should be for higher end hotels AND we were charged for parking! If we hadn’t been desperate we would have stayed somewhere else. Parking!
The city of Everett Waterfront has really stepped up since we were there last! Hotel Indigo is beautiful, modern, clean, and in a perfect location. Front desk agent was super kind and helpful. When she heard we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary, she gave us free breakfast vouchers which was super nice. The hotel was pretty booked up and the only room available was an accessible room but it was fine; very large with a huge bathroom. We loved the modern nautical decor. The restuarant was very good with excellent breakfast options. It was great to walk to the yacht marina and the local restaurants. Tapped at the Port was a fun place for dinner, drinks, and sunset. We will go back again for sure!
Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location and view was terrific. We had a harbor view room. Liked the modern style of the hotel and the room. Room was clean and roomy. Beds and pillows were great. Hotel was quiet. Check in and out a breeze. The restaurant onsite was a plus for us too. Nice menu and even better view. We would definitely stay again. We stayed 2 nights and thought the price was worth it!
Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.
This was my 1st visit to the Seattle/Everett area, but not my last! Hotel Indigo is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location with great amenities and service. Perfect for taking a walk along the boardwalk or the numerous shops and eating places close by. However, the hotel's restaurant also offers excellent food and views. The rooms were nice and clean, as well as spacious, quiet, and came with your typical accessories to make your stay comfortable. Our bathroom was spacious enough for two people to get ready together if needed. Two things to note - there was only one towel hook in the bathroom, and no towel racks, but the sink was large with storage underneath. Finally, they didn't offer streaming options on the TV, but it wasn't a big deal for us since we weren't in the room much anyway. That being said, we would not hesitate to stay here again finding it a great value for the location and amenities!

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Excellent restaurant. great location - easy walk around the marina and more. Nice bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Hotel Indigo in Everett is a newer boutique sort of hotel located in the heart of the updated Everett waterfront. It is simply awesome. Wonderful customer service, clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing food and an incredible location suited for ocean play time and evening sunsets. This hotel has a great pool and the only critique I would have is that it does not have a hot tub. I also wish there were a few more 'kid friendly' options in the pool like games or toys but we understand. Overall it is an absolutely wonderful hotel in an amazingly new and upcoming location and we highly recommend it!!
Easy access to the waterfront
A bit “stale” for a nautical theme and location. The property has a plastic feel.
