To begin with, the contact number provided was extremely unreliable, as no one answered our calls despite multiple attempts. Upon reaching the location, we were made to wait for approximately 30 minutes as there was no one present at the reception. This lack of basic coordination and responsiveness was very disappointing.
When the staff member finally arrived, there was no acknowledgment or explanation for the delay or the unanswered calls. To make matters worse, despite having a confirmed booking for a double room, we were informed that it had already been given away. Instead, we were offered a single room, which was completely unsuitable for our group of three adults and one child.
This entire experience was highly unprofessional and inconvenient. It caused unnecessary stress and discomfort, especially after a long journey.
I must say this has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered, and based on this incident, I would not recommend your services to others.

Toiletries not kept. Moisturizer was expired.

Rooms was really neat and clean .. also location is very near to Raja seat .. next time whenever I travel to Madikeri I would like to stay in this hotel
Very little options for breakfast .. it would be great if you add just one or two extra items for breakfast .. also staff were not available all the time near the desk .. if I have to ask something, I ve to go n search for him everytime ..

Old hotel only 9 rooms available i booked two rooms water heater is not working in one of them furniture is broken. The door lock got stuck annd can't open with out hotel staff very bad experience on a stay as we are on a leisure trip. No dedicated hotel staff no maintenance
The resort was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout. Staff were very supportive and made us feel comfortable at every step. Our room had a beautiful ambience with all the modern amenities. The entire property is designed like a palace
Neat and clean rooms
The location of this hotel is perfect of you are looking for travel to major places in Madikeri. The breakfast was tasty and rooms were clean and very nice.
The room was clean and all ready when we reach. The bathroom was clean . They have provided the dental kit and shaving kit.
