The Hotel is not more new, you see the time past and the maintenance is a bit behind.
Breakfast is okay considering the price, there are local and some continental breakfast. Sad the room smells very unplessant smoking and room would need intensive overal cleaning.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. It's a great trip for business trips and family trips.
Room was spacious and clean. As was the toilet. Wifi was strong.
Staff were helpful and helped us with booking a cab to the train station.
Wide spread of breakfast options provided and food were topped up when it was running low.
About 10 -15 mins walk to the Cornish where along the way, nice stretch of restaurants and cafes as well as Bin Dawood.
Near the hotel has a few restaurants and a mini market.

The room was spacious and quiet (even at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road) and very well cleaned. The breakfast was outstanding - definitely a highlight of any stay here. The wifi was touch-and-go during our stay, and front-desk staff spoke only a little English - but they certainly tried their best. The location is close to the corniche, which is pleasant, although the blocks immediately surrounding the hotel are a bit run down. The free parking was nice.
I spent 5 nights here earlier this month. The 2 ladies who were on reception at different times helped me with my queries and also gave me an early check-in at about 12 noon.
My room was a good size with a huge bed. The TV had one English channel, CNN, so at least I could get some fake news.😄
The breakfast up on the 6th floor was reasonable and had some continental choices as well as fruits, cereals and Ful. Loved the Ful!
There is a little coffee bar in reception that does Cappuccinos for 12 Riyals.
I'm not sure if the hotel had a laundry service, as I used one nearby. Turn right out the hotel entrance and at the next hotel turn right and you'll see the laundry. 2 mins. from the hotel.
The breakfast was nice, just that I hope there's more western breakfast choice, because when I stayed, there's only Arab breakfast, but it's nice nonetheless, no complaints. check in was fast. Very convenient location.
