I have stayed at several Hilton over the years and thought I would try Tru hotel. Was not impressed with the room, hotel
Pros:

Close to interstate

Cons:

Room was too small, not very comfortable. No counter space, no coffee maker, no drawers for clothes. No closet.

Das Personal war sehr höflich und das Zimmer was sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist eine Katastrophe!
Man kann sie nicht ausschalten und nicht regulieren. Es gibt einen Hinweis, dass die Lüftung wegen des Luftaustausches aktiv sein muss. Die Lüftergeschwindigkeit ist jedoch viel zu hoch eingestellt und dadurch auch sehr geräuschintensiv. Ich konnte nur mit Gehörschutz etwas Schlaf finden. Für mich ein Grund dieses Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen.
Ich habe in sehr vielen Hotels übernachtet aber dieses Problem habe ich nur noch bei einem weiteren Hotel gehabt. Es gibt bessere Lösungen für die Zwangsbelüftung.

That it don’t have a microwave in the room we had to get our food to go from the restaurant because we were here for our daughter who’s in the military at Fort Jackson but she had to be back at a certain time and when we got to the room we couldn’t warm our food up

Absolutely unique. Other hotel chains better wake up!
Pros:

Seriously. This was the best overnight hotel stay ever. I've never seen a place like this and I've traveled all over the country and the world. It was as if I designed it myself for myself. The magic is they have figured out that travelers enjoy people the whole hotel experience is set up for that purpose. I played pool in the lobby all night and met so many wonderful folks.

Everything a traveler wants is right here, lots of good snacks for sale, 24 hour coffee. Even beer and wine, so welcome after a long day of work or driving! Plenty of room to get comfy, watch TV, do some computer work or visit with other happy customers. Furniture and tables are modern clean and comfortable. The whole layout is so fresh. Great exercise room.

My room was the same, clean comfortable modern and efficient. It reminded me of nice hotel rooms in Tokyo only much larger and much less costly!

And the staff is so outstanding and welcoming. Breakfast setup is great too with a lot of choices.

No, I didn't get paid to write this, if you get the impression I like this place you would be right!

Cons:

I only wish I would have discovered true by Hilton much sooner! My 40-year loyalty to Choice brand Hotels is now officially over.

Some of the front desk associates had some non-friendly personalities.
Pros:

The lobby and the cleanliness of the lobby and the gym has some nice eqpt.

Cons:

My sheets had tiny pieces of hair on the sheets, and it looked like body hair from a previous customer. The sheets were dirty. I slept on top of the bed with my personal blanket that I keep in my vehicle. I was there for the military graduation.
