Everything was advertised perfectly and very clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were excellent.
No complaints, maybe have some bigger towels lol.

The employees were all very friendly and incredibly helpful.
The fire alarm that went off, which of course is not the fault of the hotel or the staff members.

My room was soo clean. As soon as you got off the elevator you smelled cleaner and febreeze . That let me know that the workers cared about what they were doing. There was one lady at breakfast, I believe her name may have been Evette but I watched her take the time to assist children and adults with the waffle maker. She made sure that the breakfast bar was always fully stocked and clean.

Everything perfect
I like everything
The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked. My mother fell in love with this place last time we visited and also their shampoo and conditioner (she literally ask for it for Christmas) they gave her a bottle before we left this time and it made her whole day. They also care about the dogs as well. Always welcomes them as if they were human guest. They even have little toys and treats out for them at the front desk. We will always stay here when we visit family in the area!
