The hotel checked all the boxes for me and my family, we would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Exceptionally comfortable stay. Our room was clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great variety of food for breakfast, and a nice pool during a hot summer stay!

Cons:

Perhaps provide pool towels in rooms if you are not going to have them by the pool.

Five Stars. My husband and I, his mother and our two daughters stayed one night and were so impressed with the location, the building, the operation, staff and food. The facility is incredibly cleaned, the staff were down to earth, kind and helpful. The mattress was so comfy. I would love to return on another trip

Pros:

Found out on going bed bug issue, canceled stay did not receive refund charged for a room did not use. I will never use booking.com again. I do travel but first time using booking.com, I will advise all not to use your service. Could not talk to a live person AI assistant is usless.

Rude front desk staff
Pros:

The front desk attendant, Robert, was rude and unhelpful. Please provide training to the staff to address customer experience. One staff member confirms some information and the next attendant blatantly dishonors it. As customer we will always trust the front desk attendant. So please train your staff so customers can have a consistent experience.
