황당 - 예약한 3개 객실이 아닌 1개 객실에서 머물라고 하네요
Pros:

숙박 시설 자체는 매우 깨끗했습니다.
그런데 제가 다른 가족들과 함께한 여행이라 객실 3개 예약을 했는데 체크인 시에 방 3개 딸린 큰 객실밖에 없으니 3가족이 함께 머물라는 황당한 상황을 경함했네요.
이유인 즉 제가 예약한 다른 2개 방의 시설이 고장이나서 사용할 수 없다는 어처구니 없는 변명을 대더라구요. 다른 호텔로 이동할 수도 없어 어쩔 수 없이 체크인했습니다. 나중에 다른 스텝에게 예약안된 방이 있는지 슬쩍 물어보니 모든 방이 예약 상태라고 합니다. 엉? 그렇다면 고의로 저희한테 큰방 1개를 주고 나머지 다른 방은 다른 사람에게 팔았다는 이야기인데...
여기 숙소에 여러 객실 예약하실 때는 동일한 예약자 이름으로 예약하지 마세요.
그리고 이런 경우 호텔스닷컴에서는 어떤 조치를 하시는지요?

Hotel for Family Trip
Pros:

We stayed here for several days, overall experience is good.
Here are some comments as belows:
1. location: Not in Hanoi Old Quarter, therefore if you want to buy some local tour trip you may need to go to Opera House or assigned location to pick you up. If take Grab would need 25k vnd~ 60k vnd(depend on the time) to Hồ Hoàn Kiếm.
Local market around and there is a market on 1F so you can get some food easily.

2. No Toiletries provided, need bring your own Toothpaste, toothbrush etc.

3. Only provided 2 bath tower , if need more you could ask the front desk. But they may forget to change or bring another one in daily cleanness.

4. No breakfast provided, but you can buy food near by.

5. Size is ok for samll group of people, better for a small family.

6. Front Desk only can speak little English , you could use translate tool for communication.

Overall it's good & cheaper than old Quarter, also good for family can stay and cook their own food.( the room also has washing machine)

Gr8 stay & loved it.....
Pros:

It was very nice staying in Gardenia with my family. Very friendly staff & excellent service. Near ti many olaces also. Very much suggest this place. Super market is getting open on the ground floor & this will be an added advantage .
