Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Nicer than expected, clean, comfortable and reasonable

Cons:

Air conditioning broken and leaking fluid on carpet but it was a minor inconvenience

Comfortable beds and great waterslide
Pros:

The king bed in the family suite was extremely comfortable. Best night's sleep in a hotel ever! Our children loved the huge waterslide and did not want to leave! Great location, great restaurant downstairs (Chop), and lots of parking at the hotel.

Cons:

There were no vending machines in the part of the hotel we were staying in (that we could find anyways and we followed the signs), likely because of what looked like some ongoing renovations.

Das personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, der Transfer zum Flughafen ist super organisiert

Cons:

Leider ist es extrem laut durch den Highway so das an schlafen nicht zu denken ist. Die Fenster halten den Geräusch der Autobahn nicht richtig ab und die Terrassentür scheint auch nicht richtig zu schließen

It was okay for a nights stay & was picked because of the pool but would I stay there again, no!

Very shabby.
Pool area - hanging baskets with dead flowers, dirty cushions on beds
Restaurant - outside area very dirty & again, hanging baskets with dead flowers. Take them down if you’re not going to replace them with living plants, it’s a terrible look

You should at least provide water by including thd cost in the cost of the room.
Pros:

Comfort of the bed, cleanness, elevator house keeping staff, the receptionists.

Cons:

No break fast. We were not informed ahead of time. Like guest house absence of break fast is not normal, non provision of at least water is not fair. Water shouldn't have to be a big deal in this Great Country, with abundant water resources.

Parking was easy. Staff we saw around the hotel were friendly. Beds were comfortable

Staff at check in was very nice and quick

Cons:

Room next door had kids screaming and playing musical instruments. Was told we would have a view of the city and we didn’t. Check out guy wasn’t very friendly.

Convenience: opportunity to pay extra for a late checkout (2pm) and free shuttle to airport.

Cons:

I requested a room with a walk-in shower rather than a shower over a bath, as I have mobility issues. This was not provided nor was it communicated to me that this would not be possible. I was unable to shower as a result.

Outstanding service
Pros:

We arrived at 6.30, tired and in need of rest. Check in was not until 3pm. The staff were amazing,our room wasn't ready so they put us in another one. We slept all day. It made such a difference to our stay in Canada to have such friendly thoughtful people to start our holiday.
Bed was so comfortable and we highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Convenient location getting in and out

Cons:

Front desk is short of staffing. I waited 10 minutes during checking out for some questions, but there was only one person handling the long lines around 10:30am in the morning. I ended up just dropped the keys in the key box and left without an answer.

Very disappointing for what we received. Expensive.
Pros:

The building was very dark and dirty in a lot of areas including our room. They were no food services,snacks or soft drink/ice machines available. The room was way over-priced for what was offered.
