Pros:

Staff was great, location beautiful. Only downside was the loud AC unit. If we had needed to use it I would have requested a different room it was that loud.

Nice room

Cons:

Booked at very high price in lead up fo Fifa world cup only to find out that rooms
weren't sold and could have got a room at less than half of what we paid.

Money grab
Pros:

Cancelled with 6 days notice due to an uncontrollable family medical situation. Hotel refused repeatedly to waive the cancellation fee and we were forced to pay $350 out of pocket. Terrible customer service. Will not stay here. They are only out for money and do not care about customers

Just adequate, nothing more
Pros:

My husband and I needed a place to stay the night before we embarked on our Alaskan cruise. Room availability was limited but we did find one with this hotel, but at a very steep price. The room was adequate but nothing special especially considering that we paid more than $600 US dollars for one night. They did not have a hair dryer in the bathroom, we had to call maintenance to get the bathroom sink to drain and there was a very bright light outside our window which the curtains were not able to fully extinguish. The general decor needs a refresh, there were obvious signs of age everywhere. No breakfast is included in this hotel, but the Denny's next door was very tasty.
