Overall ok, but I would rather have breakfast included or at least cookies with coffee in the room.
Pros:

Hotel room was ok, still expected a bit more cleanliness.

Cons:

The pool and hot should have been cleaner for use. Tiles had gross brown stains. Sheets need to be more clean, stains are not acceptable, therefore should never be placed on the beds.

Decent airport hotel
Pros:

The staff was excellent and kind. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

They need more shuttles. Some guests waited for 3 shuttles that went by as they were full before they could get on.
Slightly dated property. Needs a bit of a refresh.

Close to our venue, good restaurants near by, kids loved the pool, free parking!
Pros:

Our room wasn’t ready for our early checkin but the lady at the front desk made it work and found us a room in less than 10 mins

Cons:

Kids were crazy loud in the pool but to be expected, it was cheer competition weekend. Not the hotels fault

Bad stay (beds are comfortable though)
Pros:

I’ve stayed here before and liked it but this was not a good stay. So many things didn’t work as advertised. Only one USB port in the room and it didn’t work, none on the desk. The scanner for room service took me to a page asking if I’d like food for Thursday or Friday (this was on Monday) despite the hotel info on the other scan thing saying it’s available 7 days a week. And there are all these signs about vending in Columbia tower on various floors - when I couldn’t get dinner in the room I went to all of them looking for at least some water (fridge was empty) and there was nothing on any of them.

May not stay here again as it seems really unreliable and dated.

The hotel seemed grungy. I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable. Airport shuttle and hotel check-in were good. Dining at the lobby restaurant was good. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

The room, hallways, and elevator are tired and need updating. The carpets and upholstered furniture in the room seem dirty. It looks like the carpet edges and corners need vacuuming.

Guri took care of us!
Pros:

Superb place to stay in Richmond.
Upon arrival we were glad to see Guri.
He had made our first stay in Richmond so very pleasant.

This trip was even better.
Such a gorgeous suite Guri put us in.
Whoa!

My wife and enjoyed the lovely pool and hot tub.

Sandman delivered a great experience.
Clean, proper and luxurious.

Most of all, the friendly staff make all the difference.

Worn out mattress
Pros:

Good price, easy to reach, nice staff. Room was renovated.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress had two large dents/body impressions on it. The center of the each impression dips in and offers no support. Simply said the mattress is very worn. When you sleep on it, your spine is misaligned and it is very painful. We did not have good sleep on this bed. 3 nights. I would advise against booking this hotel.
