Everything was very nice. My room was clean, but felt a bit like a college dorm room. Was comfortable but I would not say cozy.
Room could use a USB port for phone charging.

The room was not good at all. Very very dated . Have the Lino was missing in the bathroom . The bathroom was terrible a shower that was just off the taps and you had to be no bigger than 2 foot to use . Was a warm night and I had a tiny window and no fan was unbearable . I asked if I could have another room but was told I should have upgraded and paid more for a room
The food is great breakfast was on point. The Staff were all very nice and helpful

Service was very good, the young waitress in morning was very good even tho was her first day ! Breakfast was lovely.

The staff were very friendly especially the lady who served breakfast both days, nothing was too much trouble for her, she was very kind, and had great customer service skills!
The room, it was on the 2nd floor, room 7. The heatwave in England did not help but there was no air conditioning in the room, and the window only opened an inch. This meant the room was boiling hot the two nights that we stayed there.
We did ask about swapping rooms for the 2nd night but there was none available.
The fan in the room was very dirty and as such has affected my partners chest due to the dust coming off it, however it was the only thing that circulated air around the room, albeit warm air.
Location and the bar was pretty decent. Staff friendly
