Descriptif de l'établissement totalement faux : ce n'est pas un hôtel, pas de parking...

Cons:

l'hôtel ne bénéficie pas de parking contrairement à ce que est indiqué. c'est un parking public payant. de plus, une fois que vous avez payé sur booking, on vous demande ensuite de payé 200 chf de caution et ce n'est pas non plus stipulé lors de la réservation.
Je n'ai pas séjourné dans l'hôtel qui en fait n'en n'est pas un non plus. Ce sont des petits appartements mit à la location et de ce fait, il n'y a ni réception ni personne pour vous ouvrir.
Malgré cela, 10 jours pour me rembourser ma caution dont 5 pour "contrôler" la chambre (alors que je n'y est pas séjourné)

If you book a hotel room, you expect access to the room you have booked for your full stay.
I was locked out by their system with no immediate solution to re enter

Cons:

Booking deposit as a separate transaction after booking (Waser of time)
Too many emails to perform a simple transaction
No live customer service out of business hours

Le ménage n’est pas fait pendant le séjour et pas de poubelle.
Je recommande pour une nuit car très pratique mais pour un séjour de plus d’une nuit, c’est compliqué.

Zwitserland is prachtig.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel. De mensen van het restaurant zijn super aardig. Maar het restaurant hoort niet bij het hotel.

Cons:

De kamer. Geen koelkast, 1 keer (10 dagen) schoongemaakt. Bed klein en 1 persoonsdeken voor twee persoonsbed. Geen elektrische waterkoker.
Prijs kwaliteit slecht.

Kontaktlos ist gut, falls man keine Fragen hat oder sonst etwas 😃

Da keine Reception vorhanden ist, ist es schwer eine kleine Reklamation anzubringen. TV war defekt.
Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass ich viele Mails machen musste und bekam. Alles auf booking und ihrer eigenen Mailadresse. Mühsam! Z.B. ID Angaben von jeder Person und zudem Rückseite, Zahlung Kaution. So ein grosser Mailverkehr kenne ich nicht und ich buche viele Unterkünfte
