I and my husband always had trouble getting into the garage to park. I also had trouble opening the electronic lock in one of the rooms.

My Booking app shows a free room upgrade as a Genius reward. Despite this, the hotel did not provide me with a superior room. As a result, I stayed in a dark room without a balcony.

And, which was very disappointing, we were never given the Guest Cards entitling us to free travel around the city and entry to tourist attractions. We didn’t receive any discounts and had to pay for everything ourselves. Also, I am unable to obtain any Guest Cards.

Roof terrace with stunning views on the edge of town centre
Pros:

Roof terrace was fantastic, room was big and comfortable, and the shower was lovely. Lady who ran the cafe on the ground floor was the only staff member around, and very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Human-less check-in was unenjoyable, and at first the code didn't work because I was entering the wrong door! But we figured it out and the keyless access was fine.

La prise de possession de chambre était très tardive: 16h et refus d'avancer à 14 ou 15h sans autre explication que "demande refusée".
La chambre est vraiment petite, il faut vraiment se faire tout petit pour franchir le mini espace entre la table et le lit. Aucun équipement: ni frigo, ni coffre, ni bouilloire électrique, ni même une bouteille d'eau comme "cadeau" de bienvenue.

Für die eine Nacht OK. Zusatzkosten von ca 150.- CHF lassen den Aufenthalt negativ erscheien.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war ganz OK. Die Zimmer waren sauber.

Cons:

-Kabel hingen lose und Sichtbar an der Wand.
-Die Fester scheinen schon länger nicht mehr geputzt geworden zu sein.
-Eine Rezeption mit einer Ansprechperson wäre angenehm gewesen. (Maximaler Ertrag bei minimalem Aufwand)
- Personal das englisch spricht, hätte geholfen
- onlinecheck-in war umständlich und mit weitern Kosten verbunden! ( nicht wie von Booking versprochen, keine weiteren kosten)
- Onlineschlüssel sind umständlich zu Händeln, gerade weil das Schloss nicht immer reagiert.
- Bei einem B&B hatte ich ein Frühstück erwartet. Was bei der Buchung anscheinend auch nicht inkludiert war. Es war auch nicht möglich das Frühstück gehen Aufpreis einzunehmen, da das dazugehörige Restaurant/ Bar am Sonntag geschlossen hat!
- Auch sind weitere Kosten für das Parkieren des Autos angefallen. Die Tiefgarage konnte kostenpflichtig mit Hilfe vom Nonnanteneuf Kundenkontakt gebucht werden.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, die Zimmer sind auf den Hof ausgerichtet, sehr ruhig.
das Nachtessen im Restaurant (im Haus) war sehr gut, der Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorragend.

Zdaje się, że jedyny plus- lokalizacja- świetne miejsce jako baza wypadowa na wycieczki w góry.

Cons:

-door didn’t open sometimes, locking me away outside the hotel once
-the AC didn’t work. It was either set on 23° degrees Celsius (which is the same temperature as outside so we could not cool off during our stay) or not set at all. The only exceptions were when it randomly turned itself on to 5° degrees temperature, making the room unbearably cold.
-pillows were very dirty, with mold-looking-like textures
-walls were dirty
-air conditioning vent was stuffed with someone’s hair so each time an air fan mode (randomly, by itself) activated, it sprayed our room with that hair.

Facile d'accès, place de parking.
Nous avons eu la chambre au rez-de-chaussé donc c'était super avec la poussette.

Cons:

Il y avait le match et bien que le bar ait annoncé "diffuser tous les matchs de la CM", c'était fermé.
le petit-déjeuner n'était pas dingue non plus. Il se faire soi-même son café mais il faut payer chaque café.
