Pros:

Been here before and will be back again
Pros:

Easy and fast check in and out. Great while I had 2 kids with me. Love that there was breakfast included which made it again much easier with having 2 kids with me.

Cons:

Honestly, the hot water was quite brown at first and dissipated to a light then semi-faint brown. We were on the 6th floor and while I understand this could have been a result of the water pressure hang to travel upwards, it was a little concerning when my teen daughter went to take a shower.

Great place.
Pros:

Great location. Loved walking around Providence. We walked to RISD art museum. Great breakfast. So close to 95!

Cons:

There needs to be fans in the bathrooms. The bathrooms got steamy immediately and that creates mold.

I will never stay there again. I also had an issue with the reception staff in the morning. Specifically a woman named P

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

There’s no one at the reception desk after 8 PM. There is no room service. Getting in your car from ballet in the morning as a nightmare. I ordered my car, they told me what time to be downstairs. Then when I got downstairs. I could see my car parked out front, but it took another 10 minutes for a ballet to actually get there to give me the keys. By the time they gave me the keys another car was parked in front of mine so I couldn’t actually get out. Consider considering how overpriced their overnight parking is, it should not have been such a horrendous experience.
