• In all cases, the hotel will apply the current exchange rate to the MEP dollar on the day of payment.

• Please note that twin, queen, or king size may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds.
• Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
• This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount correspondent to one night of stay , this preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancelation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Limpeza, comida, capricho, tudo excepcional
Gostamos de tudo. Ficamos quatro noites numa suíte Júnior. Estivemos no Alvear há 16 anos e também foi excelente. Ficamos contentes em conferir que continua maravilhoso. Na França, já nos hospedamos no Crillon, Ritz, Le Meurice e Plaza Athenee. O Alvear está no nível desses hotéis. Destaque especial para a atenção e profissionalismo da equipe.

Confortável. Senti falta daquele antigo carinho do chocolatinho em cima da cama. Fomos recebidos com frutas. O hotel perdeu um pouco o glamour, mas ainda tem sua beleza e encantamento. O spa precisa de uma reforma e treinamento dos atendentes.
É a quinta vez que fico no Alvear e senti que decaiu desde a ultima vez há alguns anos.
Me decepcionei com o café da manhã. Poucas variedades. Nada diferente que qualquer hotel…
Esperava mais do spa. 3 funcionarias conversando e rindo… só respondiam o que eu perguntava. Quase que me desculpei por eu estar lá…
This was my first visit to Buenos Aires and the hotel was at very safe area in the city. It was great advantage to us. The facility was high quality and great design of European taste. The room was also clean and luxurious. Breakfast was included into my plan and buffet had great variety and tasted good. There was local taste dishes in the breakfast and it made my experience better.
It was such a good stay that I can't think of any particular areas for improvement. Just FYI, when you call a Uber etc., it's good to let driver know that you are picking up the ride at Alvear Palace Hotel. Otherwise, some of the drivers stop at the other side of the street which has a lot of traffic.
