• Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.
• This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount correspondent to one night of stay , this preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancelation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. O café da manha continua muito bom e o serviço idem .O serviço e atenção dos Concierges impecável
A ausências dos antigos mimos ,Canetas boas, chocolate ao arrumar a cama para dormir.
O bar do lobby mais lindo da Argentina, não tem mais o serviço de primeira linha que sempre teve. Pena! Olha que já fui mais de 5 vezes para o Alvear
Cafe impecável, louça linda, comida saborosa, bem servido e bem apresentado. Equipe cordial, educada e disponível.
No bar do hotel, pedimos um drink e veio de acompanhamento um mix de nozes e frutas secas... onde dentro se encontrava uma pedra brita que eu comi.. por sorte não quebrei meus dentes..
Sabemos que incidentes como esse podem acontecer, apesar de indesejáveis...
Mas o que me deixou muito brava foi o pouco caso quando reclamamos, levaram o potinho embora com um leve pedido de desculpas e mais nada!!! nem um potinho novo trouxeram, não vimos passar a informação pra ninguém e nem nada... nem deixaram o drink por conta da casa, ou ofereceram sei la.. um drink de presente... absolutamente nada.. ficamos horrorizados, mas nao gosto de escândalos então só fomos embora do bar.

Os funcionários estão mais estressados em razão da enorme quantidade de pessoas que circula pelo hotel. Isso prejudica fortemente a qualidade do serviço.
O café da manhã não é mais farto como antes. O serviço ali peca pela rapidez. Bastante confuso.
O bar do hotel sempre lotado e poucos funcionários atendendo.
Estive em 2019 e a qualidade do café e serviços foi consideravelmente melhor.

Difícil elegir algo favorito, todo fue excelente. Creo que es una experiencia ue te pone en contacto con la antígua elegancia de la Buenos Aires de pricipios de siglo XX. Hermosa arquitectura para los sivaritas de este estilo.
