Großes Hotel mit sehr netten Angestellten an der Rezeption. Zimmer war nicht groß, aber absolut in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist ja noch einigermaßen in Ordnung, aber die Qualität des Essens ist als klassische Industriekost zu bewerten - Eier, Schinken und Würste haben mutmaßlich noch nie ein Tier gesehen. Möglicherweise ist es in Colorado aber auch generell recht schwer zu höherwertigem Essen zu kommen.
The location was within walking distance from our venues and restaurants. The price for the hotel was good.
Parking was horrible! There were not enough spaces for the hotel guests and it appears anyone can park in the garage as it filled up so quickly. We had to park across the street and haul our luggage to the hotel in the rain! There were not enough staff to assist with the breakfast leaving us without cereal/oatmeal bowls, coffee, muffins, bananas and toppings for the oatmeal! We had to wait 10 minutes for coffee and eggs. Tables were not cleared and wiped down.

service, breakfast, orange juice tasted like water with orange juice in it for flavor, turkey sausage was cold and rubbery, eggs were tasteless . We needed an ice bucket, none in the room. (I've always had a ice bucket with a lid in hotels). We called for one and it never came, even though they said they would bring one. My husband had to go get one from the front desk and it was like a flimsy plastic 1/2 gallon ice cream container with no lid. There was no seating other than one desk chair and I felt like I was in a Holiday Inn Express with just enough room to walk around the bed. Hardly any storage for suitcases, open hanging for clothing, no closet. We showered the afternoon before to clean up for the theater and had to use wash clothes from the day before when we dressed to leave. The elevator situation for the garage was irritating because you sent for an elevator and the ones that didn't access the garage kept coming and in order to get the garage ones, my husband had to keep going over and pushing the button to send it elsewhere so a garage one would come instead. Plus, there was a shortage of carts, so we had to make a few trips to our car and it was a hassle. $55 for parking after an exhorbant price for the hotel that the only thing you have going for you is location. Very disappointing stay!!!! I was so excited for this trip to see Sound of Music and was so disappointed with our accomodations.

The computer system went down and they could not check us into our room. It was not the staff's fault but it was very incovenient since we were going to a show. There should be better organized back up systems in place for when these kinds of things happen.
