The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and nicely appointed, and it was nice to have fresh coffee in the lobby in the morning. The location was very convenient - walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in the downtown Ellensburg historic district.
When I switched the date of my stay, the hotel charged me an additional $125-150 dollars to make the change. So for a standard king room, I had to pay over $400 for 1 night. I don't think it was worth the extra cost and wish the hotel would have been more flexible in keeping my nightly price the same as the cost of my original booking.

Incredible staff! This was a spur of the moment trip to Ellensburg. We had never been before. Michael was very helpful in helping us find an excellent restaurant and giving just general information about the area.
Wish we were able to visit the “Top of the Burg”, but it was a Tuesday & it was closed. A good reason to return.
It was a good location
It was very noisy. We were originally put in a room on the 1st floor, halfway underground, by the elevator. Looking outside the window, we could only see a cars grill. We requested to move rooms and we were luckily able to get a room higher up.

My room was extremely small and right next to the lobby and restaurants. I felt a little exposed. I wasn’t sure if I got this room because I booked with booking . Com or not. I know sometimes you don’t get as nice a room if you book with a third party. The room appeared to be clean but felt a little cramped.
Tasteful decor, very clean, lots of thoughtful design ideas that make travel easier like a huge lighted mirror in the bathroom! Quiet and easy to park.

The refridgerator did not work properly, and the HVAC in the room was very loud. It was hard to fall asleep. Also- woke up to a burnt smell in the room and throughout the hotel. Found out it was a little fire from the Noodle Restaurant that is ajacent to it. I was very surprised that they didn't evacuate the residents since the smell was overwhelming and the safety of the guests.
There was no breakfast. We appreciated the free coffee
