Categories

Cleanliness
6.6
Multiple reviews mention poor cleaning: room smelled of tobacco, hairs on sheets, mosquito, toiletries nearly empty and bathroom issues—cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
9
Most reviews praise friendly, helpful reception and quick check-in; however there are isolated but serious negative reports (lost money, a very long 30-min check-in and unprofessional behaviour). Overall sentiment skews positive.
Location
9.4
Repeatedly highlighted as a strong point: convenient, near motorway exits, good for one-night stops and easy parking options—consistently positive.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed reports: some find the rooms comfortable, but many mention very soft/poor mattresses, inadequate pillows, compact room size and noisy extra beds—room comfort is inconsistent.
Amenities
8.4
Parking and basic facilities are praised (private/underground parking available); shortcomings noted include missing hairdryer in some rooms and occasional lack of fully stocked toiletries.
Value for Money
8.2
Several guests report good price/quality balance while others felt price was a bit high for the room size/quality—overall sentiment is around the target rating.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast receives mixed feedback: some praise it, while at least one guest found inconsistencies (advertised included breakfast not actually provided)—F&B is serviceable but inconsistent.
Overall Experience
9
Many guests report a satisfactory stay (ideal for one night, convenient location, friendly staff), though notable negative incidents exist; overall guest experience trends positive for short stays.

Cons:
