Would probably just pay for one of the cheaper properties next time. Wasn't worth it
Cons:

No garbage bags in bathroom. Stepped out of shower grabbed a towel wrapped it around me only to realize their was dried food all over it. Breakfast was good.

Extended stay by one day. Keys to three different room’s didn’t work . Noroom service cleaning
Pros:

Skimpy. Bare minimum.

Cons:

Having extended our stay by one day, no one checked the computer to update our room keys. This meant after a day on the Lake we were locked out of our rooms because the computer wasn’t updated. Staff acted like this was our fault. Our rooms were not cleaned and we had no clean towels to shower after a day at the lake and no Kleenex.

🐾 Great Stay for all!
Pros:

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Rooms were incredibly clean, and the staff was so friendly! I had my service dog with me and the hotel was more than happy to have him there as well, which always eases my mind!

Super comfy pillows and great water pressure in the showers!

Not too far from downtown LG, which makes for a great value.

Easy and plentiful parking!

Pros:

I loved the Fairfield. The hotel is clean and in a great location. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds. They were a little uncomfortable

Lovely stay
Pros:

Lovely hotel and a great location. It was my husbands birthday and the surprised us with a bag of goodies from Nova Scotia and a delicious birthday cake. That was such a wonderful thing to do for a guest. The room was comfortable and had a very nice view of the harbor. Breakfast was included and that was great too.

Great stay in Lake Geneva
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great and everyone was nice and welcoming. The hotel was also in a convenient location close to Target, Walmart and the Piggly Wiggly and a short drive to downtown. The bed was a little hard for our preference, but everything else was great. A very nice place to stay in Lake Geneva.

A wonderful hotel that is conveniently located to shopping, gas, and amazing restaurants near and on Lake Geneva.
Pros:

Check-in was easy and fast. We loved the young lady who was helping us. She was so pleasant, happy, and her smile was beautiful!

We love the staff as they were so attentive to any thing that we needed. Honestly, everyone was so nice to the guest at this hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, we had plenty of pillows, and the room was super clean.

I loved the exercise facility and it was extremely clean, cool, and actually smelled good!!!

The breakfast food was very good and the fruit was different and fresh every day.

We highly recommend this hotel!!!!
