Great location!
Pros:

We had a great time celebrating our friends’ wedding with the wedding block! They were super accommodating when we had to come in a night early and had great breakfast!

Comfortable clean hotel with big rooms.
Pros:

Very comfortable clean hotel. Joy and Natalie at the front desk made our visit pleasant. They were welcoming, efficient and friendly. Rooms are big with micro and mini refrigerator. Beds are comfortable. Will return!

Family Quick Getta Way!
Pros:

The rooms were great. The Customer Service was good! The kids enjoyed the pool, the only problem was the temperature was a little bit cooler than we liked and the size.

Very impressed with the hotel in every way. Close to town and entertainment,

Breakfast was nice, the staff were consistently restocking items and cleaning and also checking with guests if they needed anything. Very nice dining area, tables spaced apart from others. The smell of the hotel was amazing from the moment we walked in the door, very fresh and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was delightful!

Great stay.
Pros:

We had a great visit. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Just about five minutes from town and Grand Geneva. Easy parking and close proximity to stores. Rooms included microwave coffee and fridge. The halls smelled very nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was closed for repairs during our stay but it is small and I would imagine it would get crowded in warmer months.

Very glad that we chose to spend these past five days with the folks at the Fairfield. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Geneva Wisconsin Fairfield Inn and Suites. From the helpful front desk staff and the clean and comfortable suite. The complimentary breakfast was always hot or cold and the variety was impressive. Amy, the person who prepared all of the food, made sure that we always had a lot of tasty choices. Can’t say enough about how attentive, thorough and friendly she was. She was also very knowledgeable about the Lake Geneva area and took time to point out places to visit and things to do and see. We will certainly stay at the Fairfield on our next trip to the area.

All good except they didn't disclose the pool would be closed during booking
Pros:

Everything was good and as expected, except we were not told that the pool was closed ahead of time or at booking. My friends and I were counting on the pool. There was no offer for discount or an apology. Not the way to treat your "Elite" status customers.

Empowered employee making a difference
Pros:

Keesha at the front desk rocked. When we checked in, we chatted about having to depart early and that we were bummed to be missing breakfast. Without missing a beat, she went and got us a few grab-and-go breakfast items to keep in our room so my son would have a bite to eat in the early morning. That little gesture really made a big difference and was so thoughtful of her!

Cons:

The WiFi in the room did not work at all and there was no solution given from the staff. There was a male staff member in the front desk who was not nice at all, a little rude actually.

Very nice hotel. Romm was comfortable and very clean. The receptionist was so very friendly and accommodating. Only recommendation is need more comfortable mattresses.
