This hotel is stunning and the exterior is gorgeous. There is a very large Mall in which there is everything from dining to shopping and more. Regarding the hotel, the guest services are great with outstanding customer service . My husband's and I opted for a standard two queen size bed room which to our amazement was about 400 ft and so large we could play basketball in it. There were 100% hardwood floors . The ambience was lacking in the room but we were only concerned about sleeping . The room was contemporary and very minimalistic . The bed was very comfortable with a pillow top mattress . The bathroom was very large with a handheld shower and plenty of hotel amenities for your hair and skin. Full breakfast with everything you could imagine from eggs and Waffles to oatmeal and everything in between . The gym was exceptional and very large, open until midnight. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lot of space and quiet and a very beautiful atmosphere of comfort. The hotel has a very upbeat vibeskin..

Staff very nice, place really clean and smelled good

Very sterile and unfriendly. Staff never spoke or greeted. Place stunk of weed. Better options in the area. Pool area was nasty. Trash and personal debris on the tables. Fake eye lashes on the tables. Also necklace which turned into front desk. Be aware parking is not included.

This hotel has wonderful staff. And is located in a great area.

I enjoy staying at this hotel on the outskirts of Atlanta when I come into town for a show. It’s clean, has friendly and helpful staff. All good.

Bit of a surprise though that I had to pay $6.00 to pay overnight. I didn’t like that add-on.

Plenty of options for dining. Spacious breakfast and bar area for eating and working. Bed I had was too firm, bedding didn't seem to fit.

We were told hotels booked a room not available a family of five and we were put in a one bedroom room and really offered no solution and really no remorse from desk! I’m not sure this was hotels.coms fault and it was more of the hotels issue

Kennesaw was close to a baseball tournament we attended, and there are several dining options nearby. You have to pay for parking, which was unusual for a suburban property. The rooms are minimalistic, reasonably stylish, and clean. The breakfast was ok.

They stole a labtop from the bedroom so no it was not just terrible it was worst.
