Great location to the convention center and many very good restaurants.
Pros:

Location to the Convention Center was perfect, Staff was very helpful and service was excellent.

Cons:

Elevators could have been quicker but it was busy. Everything was fine.

Pros:

Wonderful breakfast. Great location. Attentive staff. Good value.

Cons:

No washcloths. Not sure if housekeeping forgot or if they don’t provide them (like in Europe). Awkward using a hand towel for a washcloth.

The Hotel made irregular charges to my credit card and very unhelpful to resolve and prepare a refund.
Cons:

There was an irregular charge on my credit card made by the hotel for valet parking which I did not use. I’ve logged several calls with customer service as well as the hotel directly to reverse the charge and process a refund, it’s been 3 weeks and there has been no effort to help resolve this matter.

Stay was very comfortable, the quality of the room exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. I don’t particularly like the eggs made from powdered eggs (?) but with some cheese, fresh spinach and fresh tomatoes it was good. Coffee was good.

Cons:

The only negative thing is the air conditioning which comes in as a short, powerful blast and woke me up a couple of times.

Clean and inviting atmosphere and really good location.
Pros:

Great location and staff were so helpful and kind. Facilities were clean and inviting. Had a room with 2 beds so spacious room and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Not the biggest fan of the cleaning only taking place every other day, but it wasn’t a big deal. Two out of the three USB ports in my room weren’t working which made it difficult to charge multiple things (phone, power bank)
