Pros:

The snow was beautiful and we loved our stay here. We would definately stay again.
Pros:

This hotel was awesome! We stayed longer because of snow and we had so much fun!

Cons:

I liked everything. They were great. They had a lot of toys for our kids to play with and the fireplace was super cool!

It was clean

Cons:

Very difficult to get to- and once we got here we were charged $64 for parking overnight which WAS NOT displayed on the Booking.com site. Not expected and very frustrating.

Great location to the convention center and many very good restaurants.
Pros:

Location to the Convention Center was perfect, Staff was very helpful and service was excellent.

Cons:

Elevators could have been quicker but it was busy. Everything was fine.

Wonderful breakfast. Great location. Attentive staff. Good value.

Cons:

No washcloths. Not sure if housekeeping forgot or if they don’t provide them (like in Europe). Awkward using a hand towel for a washcloth.
