Impressed with this hotel, for the price it was comfy, clean and in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, parking was easy. The hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were all nice and friendly.
The breakfast was included and there’s was a good selection.
There were some good facilities in terms of a pool and gym too. Really liked this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing at all, everything met my expectations, it was great.

Pros:

Viaje familiar con hijos para el maraton de Austin.
Nos hemos quedado aqui 2 veces antes lugar bonito, tranquilo y comodo

Cons:

La vez anterior no se cobraba el estacionamiento.
Las senorita de recepcion fue muy amable y hubo otra senorita de recepcion que no fue amable cuando le ibamos a preguntar sobre el aseo a la habitacion, no hablo ingles pero lo entiendo y pues no hubo empatia a esta situacion.
Hubo un problema con el pago a la estadia el cual ya se habia pagado y el hotel nos cobro de nuevo la estancia no una vez si no 2 despues de hablar con booking y con el hotel se arreglo pero fue despues de 3 semanas.
Nosotros les comentamos que se habia pagado con anticipacion pero no lo revisaron y nos dijeron que si que no habia nungun problema pero la realidad es q no lo checaron y nos lo cobraron.
No se si quisiera quedarme de nuevo en el hotel.

Pros:

The location was excellent for what we had to do and where we had to go. We weere there for 6 nights. The GM , Morrison Chukwumobi, rectified an issue that caused us a level of inconvenience. He was friendly and efficient. He is value added. The suite was nice, clean, and our location was quiet. Thank you

Cons:

I do not understand why we are charged $10/day for parking in an open parking lot! It's not a enclosed structor with observation and limited access. We feel the reason for it is because of one of the worse reasons...you can.

My stay was very inconvenient, disappointing and a risk.
Pros:

I liked the kitchenette in the room and the size of the bathroom.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they did not serve breakfast due to something being wrong with the kitchen. The staff wouldn’t say why or what was wrong. No breakfast on either day. It was very inconvenient and upsetting because the “included breakfast “ was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there since I need to take medicines with food. I had to go buy breakfast every morning instead just to be able to take my meds.
