Comfortable and all but one staff were friendly
How small it was especially the shower. People outside our room early in the morning talking/laughing which woke us up.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to airport was good. Close to a couple of places to eat, but walk through semi industrial area
Very rundown. Didn't get a top sheet, just a blanket. Tiny bathroom - I've had bigger on boats. Noise from other guests - there was a group of men partying by the pool at 7am... This didn't seem to concern anyone?
After eight years of Staying at Tanoa Sky Lodge, I am extremely disappointed this time around
My room wasn't available Booked in March 2026!!
Put me in a Dungeon room way up the back no window, Bench was too high to sit at!!
Was taken to reception the next day to my room.........alas not available AGAIN!
Told that wasn't good enough. Waited and amazing they found a room that I booked....... big mistake ....... the Bathroom floor was covered in Cockroaches!!! Yes you read that right ....called reception for help twice, then had to make my way down at 11pm to get someone to do something ....embarrassing to say the least

This wasnt a great experience at all........ the bugs remained in smaller amounts right up until the day I left!!!
The last night I asked for a 5am wake up call............well I am still waiting!!!
Please note as I coming back to Fiji I will not be staying at Sky Lodge........though of course they could compensate me for their mistakes!

A room was found , what had (sort of asked for) the bonus to this room was the bathroom floor was alive with many many COOKROAHES and their families!!!
I rung reception twice then had to eventually go down and get spray!!!!

The mirrors in the room hadnt been cleaned ...i asked for them to be cleaned several times. Till the morning i left they still hafnt been cleaned. Dont get me started on the other things that werent cleaned everyday!!!
By the way ...i booked a 5am wake up calll..

Almost every evening i killed bugs in the bathroom!!

Clean and very friendly helpful staff, Debra helped us choose a beautiful meal the local fish and chips and a lamb curry which were both delicious and filling.
We came to have food after a tiring day to satisfy our hunger and boy the BBQ chicken pizza and the Hawaiian pizza has satisfied us very well today and our waiter Krishal has showed us quite a great service during our meal

Staffs were very nice and helpful.
Cockroaches german quarrelling on walls and in bathroom. 2am the smoke alarm went on with loud noise. Dial reception ⁸No one pick the phone my daughter walk up to the reception and ask staff to fix alarm a guy came and remove the smoke detector at 2am.
