This is a wonderful home away from home for us!

Convenient and comfortable location which makes my trip more enjoyable
Pros:

Location is good for my trips to Martin from Memphis. I like the toiletries provided since I didn't bring too much this last trip.

Cons:

The drains in the sink and tub seemed to be clogged. Not a huge deal for me but some people may complain

Place was not clean. Staff lied about giving us a discount. I will not stay again; will warn
Pros:

Our room was very dirty and I had to clean it myself the night we arrived or else try to move to a different room and my husband had just helped move everything upstairs and he has an injury which meant it was very difficult for him in the first place. He got in the room, we got ice and he sat with his foot propped up in pain so I was not going to have him try to pack things back up and move to a different room. It was a while before I had time to actually notice how dirty things were and I went downstairs once I did notice and she said we could move but due to my husband’s situation we just stayed where we were and had someone come change the bedsheets. I have pictures and showed them to the lady at the desk who took pics of them with her phone. She showed them to management and we were supposed to get a discount but we have not. I will be sharing these photos and videos and warning others who may be considering staying here.

Good, reasonably priced place to stay in Union City
Pros:

The indoor heated pool was great. There was good space outside to go for a run. Breakfast choices were good.

Cons:

Room was not cleaned one day.

Although we felt cramped the children had fun.

The front desk employees were very nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the size of the room were much smaller than what was shown on the web page. We had a room with 2 queen size beds, And the pool was much smaller than what was shown online.

Not enough breakfast choices no eggs no breakfast meats no fruit

Cons:

Noise, you could hear every hallway conversation every outside noise, Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Towels were cheap and thin.
