I like the rooms thay wus clean and everyone that wus helping thay wus all ways small and kind i stay there 2 times and i will stay there when ever i go to Discovery park of American or whenever i want to stay somewhere i will pick that place i really liked it
Really i can't say i did not like nothing because everything wus good and i liked everything
The staff were very nice.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Breakfast was good and they had a nice variety.
The shower was so so.
The location was great as my brother lives in Troy so that was convenient.
Union City is a clean, quiet little town with a Walmart, Starbucks and lots of fast food choices.
The room looked like it was from the 60's.
The carpet was dirty
The entry way light did not work
The lamp on the desk did not work
The bathroom fan did not work
Not once did they service my room. Trash was not picked up at all. I had to ask for a fresh set of towels and when they brought the towels (while I was away) they did not remove the dirty ones or the trash.
Elevator died and was down for 24hrs or more. I had to carry all my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. They did not offer to help me, just told me to take my time.
Clean Rooms, nice size, and sheets clean with no stains on them. Staff was very Nice. Breakfast was typical cotenitL, but delicious. Decent View of the Discovery Park Tower.
U can hear the other guest in Hallway and sometimes hear the people above us walking around.

Shower for didn't stay closed. Not enough toilet paper left in room. One tissue left in box.
It was very clean and the location was great! (Right next to the Discovery Park)
Very clean and comfortable bed with ample space in our king room.
Late night arrival and staff seemed to be extremely chill. Did have a great interaction with Ricardo who was very helpful but their lack of appropriate clothing choices and overall appearance left quite a bit to desire.
Easy to get to. Clean facility with friendly staff.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice place.
The rooms are kinda crowded. One lady at front seem ill when I asked for bag for trash can. Didn't get chance to swim bc many people. The people above us was letting their children run till midnight our last night there.
