Pros:

clean, great location for gorge bridge, good bathroom facilities

Cons:

bar staff seemed uninterested in serving us, access to room was poor as corridor was not level and was narrow, booking.com ad gave the impression we would have a gorge bridge view from our room, instead we had a street view

Nice hotel. Dark room. Small. Lift smelled of the kitchen
Pros:

Clifton is beautiful - so the location is lovely

Cons:

The room was exceptionally small - my shins are still smarting - and dark. Trying to get ready without tripping over and seeing what you are doing - impossible

Very disappointed
Pros:

The location

Cons:

It was dirty dark and dingy and ridiculously expensive. Breakfast was shocking for what was charged and was told disabled parking was free then got charged 36 pounds for 3 nights. At check out the bill was 29 pounds and they tried to charge us for all sorts we hadn't had totalling 169 pounds and there was a que of people behind us with the same problem. My partner suffers from lung disease and after staying there with the amount of dust came away very unwell. There were no draws or cupboards in the room just hanging space

Ferg was mint 🦃
Pros:

Ferg was mint, thanks for the great service. You’re an asset to the org, wahey. Me and my girlfriend had a great time and K.B from the pub was friendly and helpful as well, cheers lad. Claudia accommodated my order by suggesting something that’d work with what I was after. Great team, great service, great view at least to accommodate the fact that I watched spurs lose on my phone. Big up the Vin 🫶

Exceptionally peaceful and relaxing place to stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic with beautiful views of Clifton George . We upgraded to a balcony room with a view which was well worth it. The all the staff were helpful and courteous. The atmosphere and decor was lovely too.

Cons:

The car park seemed a little neglected with quite a bit of broken glass around.
