Pros:

Stayed here twice now, an exceptional location, comfortable rooms and excellent showers

Cons:

Only minor point was the room we had was adjacent to a meeting/conference room which meant there was quite a bit of noise outside in the afternoon

Beautiful location and hotel but poor evening meal in restaurant , promised a lot but didn’t deliver.
Pros:

Location amazing and lovely terrace to have a drink on

Cons:

Thought evening dinner included in the stay was poor . Waited 45 minutes between starter and main course ( Restaurant was not busy ) . My sea bass meal was not very nice at all .

Pros:

Our room (deluxe gorge view) was big, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous (what a view too!)

Cons:

The room itself was nice but I would have expected more luxury things in the room to justify the price (e.g. sound system, chromecasting that worked effectively, fresh milk in the mini fridge and sparkling water, etc)

Always enjoy.
Pros:

We have stayed at this property on several occasions. The location is ideal and breakfast is always very good, although we opted without on this occasion.

Cons:

Always enjoy our visit.
My only negative comments concern the pricing structure, which can be ridiculously expensive or reasonable, depending on the day of week or time of year.
I would much prefer a consistent price structure and we would stay more often.

A luxurious hotel with great views
Pros:

Its a lovely, luxurious hotel with an amazing view. Its really clean with very well fitted bathrooms. They seem to have thought of everything.

Cons:

Parking is tricky in this area, the hotel can't do much about this, their own car park is first come first served. It would be nice to have a light breakfast option, we don't eat big breakfasts and were dining out for lunch on our stay, we would have happily paid for a coffee and croissant only, but it seemed like the only option was full breakfast.
