The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 3 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking within the Hotel grounds is very limited and chargeable at £12 per day. Alternatively there is some pay & display parking bays in and around Clifton Village, please pay at the machine.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

advertised as a dog friendly hotel, but you can't actually eat in the restaurant or a separate part of the restaurant. i understand not everyone is happy with dogs when eating, but it is advertised as dog friendly. The 'dog friendly ' section is a windowless corridor , on a carpeted area, with a constant stream of people walking by, very distracting for dogs ( and humans). However Clifton is full of restaurants that welcomes dogs, just a shame the dog friendly hotel isn't ( just stop advertising you are !) .
staff not very helpful, I had a couple of questions regarding a future visit and was directed to email rather than talk to staff in front of me. When I went to the bar to get a drink, bar staff walked away in the middle of serving to chat to a friend, when my cocktails were served to the brim, she said be careful you may spill these and watched me struggle to my seat as opposed to helping , even though no one else to serve . Its only minor things, but combined it didn't feel like a warm welcoming hotel

Very old property and heating was an issue . Could not turn the heating on from room over that cold weekend - had to keep asking Reception. The heating kept being turned off!

Accommodation cost excessively high and poor parking
We had a great stay over the weekend. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We were travelling with a dog and they were really accommodating, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bristol
This is a stunning property in the heart of Clifton with amazing vistas and a stunning patio. The fit and finish in the hotel is top-notch.
The room we had was small with obstructed views from the windows which was very disappointing since this wasn't mentioned in the booking and the hotel was quiet so it would have been nice if they offered us an alternative room.
