The views from my bungalow were amazing. Expect fog in the early mornings that clears up in the afternoon for impressive views. The bed was comfy as well. There are two cool art installation fairy village attractions to walk through nearby, one of which is included with your stay and one that is half off. The location was beyond incredible, so other issues I had with the property didn't seem as intense because of the lovely views.
The environment was a bit sterile, and if you're staying in the bungalows, security guards monitor your movements to make sure you have a valid card key every time you leave the premise or come back on it, which felt quite unnecessary. The bungalows are also a five to ten minutes walk up or down outdoor stairs from the hotel itself, which could really make this inaccessible for guests who have mobility struggles. I dropped a key into a pond and there was a charge of 100vnd for a lost key.
Mooie bungalow
Heel erg afgelegen. Zwembad was dicht. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Amazing Value & Perfect Location – Truly Feels Like Heaven!
This place is a hidden gem perfectly located just a short walk from both Heaven Gate and the famous Glass Bridge—making it an ideal choice for anyone planning to visit these iconic spots in Sapa.
I was genuinely amazed by the value—just 50 SGD for a spacious room with breakfast included for 3 people! It was an incredible deal that exceeded all our expectations.
The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, and as hotel guests, we even received a 15% discount at a nearby partner restaurant—such a lovely bonus. The cool mountain breeze and misty surroundings create an almost magical atmosphere that truly feels like you’re in heaven.
The location, comfort, and hospitality make this a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking to enjoy the best of Sapa in a peaceful, scenic setting. Highly recommended!
I like the space here, the room is clean, comfortable services, extremely friendly staff. This is the ideal place to rest.
No
location at 2000m close to the trekking route
the room was dirty, hair everywhere, the floor was not washed, the towels were dirty. The service was unpleasant and not particularly helpful. I waited 3 hours for hot water to take a shower. During the rain, the reception was flooded with ankle-deep water
Room assigned turn out not matching as on the reservation. Rooms are too small, there are not enough space freely to move around.
Very nice place
In the hotel and in the restaurant was really cold. Breakfast was to disappointment. Personal don't speak English. To much expensive.
The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning! The rooms are nicely decorated, and everything you needed was there. We also had a lovely dinner (a wider menu of Vietnamese dishes is available upon request).
The breakfast was quite minimal. We had the choice between fried rice and fried noodles (both from the “fast food” category of their menu), and tea or coffee. No other drink was included, and there were no fresh fruits or other options. Given the place markets itself as high end, we were expecting a little more of a spread. Note that we were the only guests there, so maybe when more people are there they enact a buffet.
