Cons:

They said the room I booked was dirty and said everything would be comped and we could stay at their sister hotel but I never got a refund and the other hotel said I wouldn’t get charged a fee and my card the next day was charged $200

It didn't meet the expectations that were explained in their profile. It was dirty - the floors in the room felt sticky, the mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets and towels seemed old.

Amazing Hotel Home away from Home
Pros:

The location was amazing with many opportunities and businesses around! The atmosphere couldn’t have been more friendly with many family friendly things to do! The rooms are very nice and modern and updated. With my large family it was absolutely amazing and made it work for us! I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10. It’s also a very clean and nicely taken care of hotel

Pros:

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. There was plenty of parking. They had foosball tables in the main lobby which was an added bonus. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re this way.

Good value and overall nice place to stay (just fix the above 3 items and it would be perfect!).
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Room was great with exceptions, see below. Loved the soap and the soap dispensers in bathroom sink and shower. The shampoo and conditioner was excellent.

Cons:

1) have more than one pancake maker. There was a line and even though it was not long it took while because the machine was very slow, plus it was hard to operate.
2) About half the live TV stations did not work. Could not watch Cartoon Network and a few others. The TV menu said they were there but when you clicked on them it was total black and no picture ever came on. Other channels worked.
3) Need to have a way to have the fan running constantly in the room at night. When the AC clicked off it only took a few minutes for the room to become stuffy. Tried turning down the AC to keep it running but then it would get too cold plus it still shut off and with no airflow in the room it got very stuffy. This affected my sleep somewhat.

Double charged and manager will not help.
Pros:

They double charged me and wont take my calls Nearly a month after my stay, the property charged my card again for the full price of the stay. I reported the issue and was told I would be rebated by the end of business that day, then again the next day, now, they say they'll get it to me someday, but no idea when. The manager won't take my calls. I am opening a fraud investigation with my bank.

Meh stay, terrible breakfast.
Pros:

Rough check in, but friendly staff.
Beds are rough.
Terrible breakfast - no eggs, pancake machine broken, bagels - but no cream cheese, no creamer for coffee. We’re a family that banks on breakfast, which is why we booked this particular hotel.
