Pros:

The lobby and halls were all clean and nice.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations. There was old food in the fridge, trash on the side of the bed and crumbs on the floor next to the bed.

staff was not very friendly

Hello,

I would like to share some feedback about our recent stay. Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly. There were no smiles or kind interactions, and the welcome did not feel warm. Instead, it often felt as though they were doing us a favor rather than welcoming guests.

In particular, Maria, the breakfast manager, was extremely rude. Even after we mentioned her attitude, there was no effort to be polite or offer an apology. The overall experience gave the impression that guests somehow owed the staff something, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests.

Very disappointing...
Pros:

Front desk check-in staff was awesome.

Cons:

Bed sheets and pillows appeared to have been slept on. Perhaps the maid service thought we were returning guests. Second, at breakfast, the eggs were empty and appeared to have been empty for awhile. Additionally, there was no meat. There was plenty oatmeal, pancakes and cereal, none of which I was interested in. We wanted to stay there on our return trip but will seek out another location.

Not a fun stay
Pros:

We like this chain... We've stayed before at this location, and loved it. But we were really sad to see that all the things we loved about it were gone. The family games and pool table, etc. were gone. They left a couple of foosball tables, but that was it. The breakfast area was half the size and service it was... No friendly person there, replenishing and smiling at breakfast. It felt like a self serve "get whatcha get" place now. The atmosphere was VERY different, and not in a family good way.

Cons:

There were fish sticks left in the fridge, things weren't clean, and a lot of things were just not available or broken.

For the price it was ok. Staff was excellent. Skip the breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast looked like brown mush for eggs and the sausage was gray in color. Not at all what we expect from the Hilton name.

Nothing spectacular but gets the job done, so I recommend - especially if you want
Pros:

Pretty comfortable and close to everything. Really good for the value.

Cons:

We didn't get room service during any of the 4 days there. We had to go up to the counter and ask for things such as towels, toilet paper, etc. several times. Also the breakfast could have been a little better.
