Lors de mon arrivée au Résidence Inn, on m'a indiqué que l'hôtel était plein et la réception m'a orientée vers Holiday Inn express juste à côté.
Le personnel a été très accueillant et s'est excusé du tort causé. Toutefois, les prestations entre les deux hôtels ne sont pas équivalentes. Celles de l'hôtel où j'ai séjourné sont légèrement inférieur d'autant que j'avais réservé une chambre plus grande dans le Residence Inn.

Mooie ruime kamers buiten het centrum van Gent
Pros:

Ontbijt prima. Ruime kamer met apart zitje met goede badkamer. Erg goed nagedacht over de indeling van de kamer: top bedacht! Heerlijke bedden

Cons:

Ontbijt ruimte was in de lobby, dat was niet echt sfeervol. Ontbijt zelf was wel oke. Ook de bar is niet echt gezellig. Beetje strak sfeerloos geheel. De kamers maken het wel helemaal goed

Een verfrissend verblijf waar we van genoten hebben.
Pros:

De kamer was naar verwachting. De badkamer was proper. Het eten en de bediening in het restaurant waren uitstekend. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het is er rustig niettegenstaande de ligging bij de autostrade.

Cons:

Het viel tegen dat sommige mensen aan het onthaal geen Nederlands spraken. Dat vinden wij toch een vereiste in een belangrijke culturele stad als Gent.

very good for one night

friendly staff, clean room,close to motorway

the food could have been better, breakfast was ok, there wasn't much choice, dinner was snacks, I doubt they were freshly cooked
