Amazing value for money, but eat elsewhere
Pros:

Looks brand new. Rooms are absolutely amazing. Get the same quality in town and you pay double at least.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better. Doesn't need too much more: some proper orange juice, some more pastries, fresh fruit and job done. Restaurants
there overpriced and food is poor.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Goed hotel om voor een paar dagen Gent en de omgeving te verkennen. Ontbijt is inclusief en prima. Niet overdreven luxe, maar gewoon lekker en gezond. De ruime kamer was slim en luxe ingericht. Fijne douche en ook de Nespressomachine op de kamer werd gewaardeerd.

Cons:

Het bed was voor ons net iets te hard, maar als je wat zwaarder bent dan 80kg is het waarschijnlijk helemaal prima.

Fantastisch.
Pros:

Mooie, schone kamer, het bed lag fantastisch. Ontbijt was heerlijk en het fruit vers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Jammer van de parkeerkosten, maar begrijpelijk.

Niet slecht, maar kan veel beter.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met een zalig bed. Goed geslapen. Goede locatie.

Cons:

Lang moeten wachten bij inchecken (niemand aanwezig). Spraken geen Nederlands. Vuile kussens. Geel water in het toilet bij aankomst. Geen wc borstel om dit proper te maken. Bloedresten op het deken. Geen uitgebreid ontbijt met weinig aanbod in broodjes en beleg (bv geen chocopasta/nutella). Personeel onvriendelijk toen we vroegen naar chocoladepasta. Niet allergeenvriendelijk.

Beau cadre et chambre mais déçu de la propreté
Pros:

Très joli hôtel récent ... très jolie studio bien aménagé

Cons:

Manque de propreté , des cheveux sur le tapis autour du lit , ainsi qu'à plusieurs endroits , gel douche vide dans la douche ..
personnel à l'accueil ne s'exprimant qu'en anglais et ne fais aucun effort de langue

Quality of Breakfast is going down.
Cons:

I was last year several times in the hotel shortly after the opening and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately i had to notice this time that the quality of the breakfast is going done. The variety of the breakfast has definitely decreased and less optinons are served there now. For a 4 star Hotel i think the breakfast could do better, compared to other 4 start hotels in Belgium.
