Cons:

E’ tutto troppo appiccicato e confusionario: i ristoranti uno attaccato all’altro, i tavoli nei ristoranti talmente vicini gli uni agli altri da non riuscire a passare…
inoltre stavano facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione mentre eravamo noi lì…
Male organizzati: per un hotel di quel livello dovrebbero informarti la sera prima della partenza di tutti i dettagli per il giorno successivo soprattutto se avevi richiesto dall’inizio il transfer per l’aeroporto..
Infine ci hanno male organizzato una gita all’Alhambra/Granada…

Absolutely nothing. The service failure and deceptive room allocation overshadowed any potential positives

Cons:

Despite booking a junior suite, I was shoved into a
'residence-style' apartment with a kitchen that looked nothing like the photos. The room was dirty, the safe was broken, and there wasn't even a phone to call the desk. When I pointed this out, the staff dismissively told me they 'didn't have' the category I actually paid for.

Un séjour vraiment inoubliable… surtout pour les amateurs d’expériences inattendues. Et pour couronner le tout, un départ digne d’une catastrophe originale : désorganisé, lent, et parfaitement dans la continuité du reste.

Si dormir est optionnel pour vous, vous serez comblé : le lit est incroyablement inconfortable, et les oreillers, plats et anciens, semblent avoir traversé les décennies sans jamais être remplacés.

Les suites, quant à elles, sont proposées à des prix exorbitants — probablement pour inclure l’“expérience” olfactive d’une odeur d’humidité persistante. Un concept original, mais difficile à apprécier.

L’établissement affiche un style “vintage”… sans le charme qui devrait l’accompagner. Le manque d’entretien est visible, comme si le temps s’était arrêté uniquement pour la rénovation.

Et la propreté ? Disons qu’elle semble être laissée à l’interprétation.

Au final, on paie surtout pour le nom et l’emplacement. Pour le reste, c’est une expérience qui redéfinit vos standards… dans le mauvais sens. Une adresse à recommander uniquement si vous aimez les mauvaises surprises.

Beautiful hotel and grounds
Pros:

Best breakfast ever had in a hotel, rooms are lovely and clean. Hotel grounds impeccable. Short 30m walk to Marbella along the coast.

Cons:

Some staff were amazing some a bit hit and miss. Found the check in staff less welcoming than prior visits and the deposit hold was extortionate compared to other hotels. Staff at breakfast and in tennis club cafe were amazing.
