The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection

This was truly a wonderful “staycation” for a ladies only visit. A breakdown:

Staff: All attentive and professional. Special note that our dinner server, Dena, was top notch! She engaged with our group and was attentive to our requests each nite. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodated our unusual requests.

Room: Shared a queen double with a good friend and it was roomy, well appointed and the bathroom was spacious. The beds were divine, pillows were comfy and was able to sleep so well! Housekeeping was silent and timely and kept refills for the coffee and bottled water.

Restaurant: We had all our meals at Subito. Breakfasts were wonderful, we all loved the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and shared one order for the table as they are huge! So delicious! Eggs Benedict one day and Biscuits and Gravy on another day were wonderful. Even mimosas were well done.
Dinners were exceptional, Bolognese was a favorite of the group as was the Shrimp linguini. The Bucatini with Clams was divine. Most of the dishes had a strong black pepper seasoning. Brussel sprouts appetizer was so tasty!
There is a nice patio off the dining room that was nice to have lunch and snacks.

Bar: Great bartenders, offered wonderful wine selections: “buttery” Chardonnay and a “merlot-ish”were popular choices. The charcuterie board had great selection of cheeses, fruits and meats! Note: Starbucks is available at the bar all day.

Can’t say enough about our stay. There is beautiful artwork in the lobby. Look forward to another relaxing stay here again!

We were in town to celebrate our daughters graduation form UC and enjoyed five night at the lovely Lyttle Park Hotel. The location, walking distance of downtown and the banks was perfect and with the complimentary use of the House Car it was so easy to get around. I made full use of the gym each morning and enjoyed complimentary access to their two Peloton bikes. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel on a couple of morning which was delicious and a great start to the day. The bar area is very nice and a great place to unwind at the end of the day, especially with the use of some complimentary drinks vouchers. All the staff were extremely polite and very accommodating. Special mention must be made of Jordan on reception who is without doubt the nicest and most efficient reception desk operator i have ever had the pleasure of meeting, he is setting new standards in customer service and must be recognised as such. We had a double room that was spacious with a seating area and the bathroom and all amenities excellent. A very enjoyable stay and I would have no problem in recommending to all.

First, the positives. The location on the extreme eastern edge of downtown Cincinnati nestled in a beautiful park is incredible. And it's a stunning hotel. They have some very nice amenities, like a shuttle service that will take you to destinations within a five mile radius. All very positive!
But the problems are so irritating. We rented a suite for three nights at a cost of over $2,000. While the layout was fine, the housekeeping is an epic disaster. For that kind of money, you shouldn't find black mold at the bottom of the shower. For that kind of money, you shouldn't come back to your room mid-afternoon and find that the maids haven't been there. For that kind of money, you shouldn't have to call the front desk at 2:30 pm twice to have the room made up. The upholstered furniture could use a good steam cleaning and the windows, looking out onto the beautiful park, were filthy. The housekeeping failures were unforgiveable.
There were other more minor irritations. It is not a good idea to charge each guest $6 for a cup of coffee in the morning at the restaurant. It is not a good idea to have the same limited "brunch" menu for three straight days for breakfast and lunch.
So despite the very clear positives, we won't go back.

What a pleasant surprise. I visit my hometown of Cincinnati at least once a year, and I'm always looking for a hotel that is walking distance to downtown, the river, the stadiums, and restaurants. Our family recently stayed at The Lytle Hotel, and it is a hidden gem. Great location, amazing staff, and beautiful hotel. Really nice fitness center, and great food. Feels like a Ritz Carlton. I highly recommend this hotel, and I have already booked my next stay for my return trip this summer.

If you enjoy delicious food, exceptional customer service, Frette linens, a great night sleep and an all around 5⭐️ stay the Lytle Hotel in Cincinnati may just be the hotel for you. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the whole time I was there (5 nights) could not understand why this hotel is only part of Autograph Collection. It should at the very least be part of the Luxury Collection and I expect it to level up soon truth be told. Truly an exceptional hotel in an exceptional location and I cannot wait to find an excuse to go back.

Overall good, but dreadful experience with valet parking. Poorly managed - parking people (not the front desk) misplaced 6+ tickets and didn't get cars until asked about a half hour later. Valet manager was smarmy and deflected and denied comments by frustrated people.

If you’re looking to stay somewhere where you can receive and appreciate exceptional service, then this is the property for you! From arriving at the Valet, to the front desk, and even bell hop service - everyone is welcoming and helpful. It wasn’t one person at the valet, nor just one person at the front desk - each person in those positions were helpful with each and every interaction. Such a pleasure to stay somewhere with outstanding customer service. Clearly they are doing something right at the Lytle Park Hotrl.

Amazing service from the time we pull up. Everyone was so helpful. The shuttle service was top tier. It was amazing.

This was one of the biggest, most surprising hotel stays I think I've ever had. I never knew that my hometown of Cincinnati had such a beautiful luxury boutique hotel with so much history. It was the type of hotel I would have expected in Europe, but certainly not in Cincinnati. In addition to this being a beautiful property, the service stood out as EXCEPTIONAL because it seemed sincere rather than forced. This was apparent from the valet to the housekeeping team. Everyone was so pleasant and personable that it made my visit truly memorable.

I felt as though I were coming down with a head cold, but I didn't want to miss my chance to dine in the restaurant, especially since it seemed lively. I'm so glad I forced myself to go because the server was extremely caring and accommodating. When I explained to her that I thought I might be coming down with a head cold, she came back with hot water, tea, lemon, and packs of medication purchased from the hotel's sundry shop. Now that is what I call going above and beyond! This act alone (although there were others) placed The Lytle Park Hotel in my top ten favorite hotel visits. Every single employee I came in contact with was friendly, polite, and personable, which is why I felt as though I was being hosted by a friend. I can't recommend this hotel enough. In fact, I will spend a night or two here every time I return home to visit. It was the perfect stay!

We stayed New Years Eve 2025 and had a fabulous time! Started at Subito with a multi course dinner and wine experience that was wonderful. As always Christy Lynn and staff provided on spot service and treated us like family. We have enjoyed overnight stays for birthdays and other special occasions and look forward to our next stay.

I love the lytal park hotel. I was there ob christmas eve and christmas day. The entire hotel was open. The bar, restraunts, room service were all open regular hours. I came to stay for a mini holiday by myself. It was so relaxing with my big bathtub. The food i ordered to my room was amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for.

This weekend, my friends and I celebrated the holidays together, enjoying Subito’s Traditional Tea Service! We were so impressed with the beauty of the hotel, the great service and the delicious food. The deviled eggs and macarons were the best I’ve ever tasted! We had a lovely time and hope to share the experience with other friends and family in the future!
