Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, just off Piazza San Marco. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very modern inside. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

An easy location in Venice with very good rooms
Pros:

Location off San Marco Piazza was great for our first visit. Room was quiet and cool, with a big cupboard where we were able to store our hiking packs.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, but without some of the range we had at other similarly priced hotels. The hotel was unable to provide gluten-free bread option.

We generally found the staff OK, with one exception, the unpleasant woman who was our first contact at the hotel. Staff was less helpful overall than our experience in other Italian cities.
