Check in - seamless. Stay - relaxing. Check out - no surprises
Pros:

This was our second stay and the same reason we came back was the location, service, breakfast, and staff. They reiterated that we would need to pay city tax at the end of our stay to avoid any surprises. The bathroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. Close market to buy water, soda, or alcohol.

Cons:

It's Venice - whats not to love! There is not a single thing to complain about. We asked for nice weather and the staff made it happen (just kidding about this) but direction or suggestions on where to go, they helped.

Location location location, this is literally on San Marco square, my single room was small but comfortable and modern, shower was powerful and amazing after a day of sightseeing!! Buffet breakfast was nice with fresh coffee. Close to the water taxi stop. Airport takes away 1.5 hours Alilaguna Blue B line 18 euro single or 32 euro return.

Cons:

We have no objections, we had a great stay. Perhaps safety of the entrance to the hotel might be improved as we were followed by pick pocketers, and staff noticed with a delay - all ended well.
