Pros:

便利なロケーション、近くにコンビニ、ミャンマー料理店が多い

Cons:

レセプションのスタッフは英語でのコミュニケーションが難しい。レセプションが無人のときがあり、用事があるときは電話するようにとのことだが、タイ人以外にはハードルが高い

It was great value for money
Pros:

The staff of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They clean the rooms daily (unless you give instructions not to do so). They change towels regularly. There is lift. Hotel feels secured as there is a card (which was provided upon check in) required to enter the building. The location of the hotel is somewhat inside like a subdivision so it's away from the busy streets of Bangkok.

Cons:

Location is kinda far from the places we want to go / visit in Bangkok but manageable as Bolt or Grab is available anytime
