Pros:

Close to Walmart

Cons:

Being a Hilton we expected way better.
No microwave.
No coffee maker.
Shower needs maintenance.
Need different bed frame kept hurting our legs each time we got in and out.
More pillows and better.
More breakfast options
Friendlier night girl.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Rooms were not kept up with toilet paper, bath towels, or garbage bags. I stayed 5 nights and had to request all of these items.

Pros:

I was very happy with the location. Very convenient to Austin Peay State University. And had a ton of restaurants around the hotel as well. Close to Walmart.

Place was clean and comfortable and in a decent location to everything!
Pros:

Kids loved the pool table in the lobby. I enjoyed the free coffee and tea in the lobby as well.

Cons:

The shower only had to spray settings and feel like the water pressure could have been better. My daughter has a lot of hair and she said it took for ever to get all the soap out of her hair.

Pros:

Loved having a sitting area and pool table in the lobby with a full outdoor sitting area. It's really nice to be able to sit an spread out with the family after a long car ride without having to be sitting in beds and a cramped room.

Cons:

Power outlets next to the TV didnt work. There was an HDMI error when trying to watch Disney+ (We used our own log it) and the message displayed took up half the screen and never went away. Something about lower resolution based on the HDMI port or something. Also the bottom part of our door was bent inward leaving a huge gap between the door jam and the door we could see people walking past in the hallway thats how large the gap was.

Overall it was nice.
Pros:

The breakfast and location look good. Easy enough to get to.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't heat my food in my room making me have to stand in line behind a lot of people using one microwave.

Couldn’t wait to leave
Pros:

Upon entering to check in, lady at front was talking with people rather then checking us in, it wasn’t until another lady came out back area to help us n checked us in. She was very helpful. The bed was not comfortable and tge pillows were horrible. Price of room definitely did not meet standards of what was expected for that kind of money.
