Excellent experience during our six day stay while exploring the wonderful city of Trieste
Pros:

We loved everything about this property: the location, the heritage building nature, the heritage furnishings, artwork and lobby sculptures, the staff friendliness, the quality of finishes in our room, comfort of our room, the excellent quality of the breakfast buffet, etc.

Cons:

We encountered an issue with the air conditioning not working in our room on one night of our stay (the result of a mechanical problem). These things happen !!! What I would like to report, though, is the conscientious concern of the hotel staff to the problem------and making sure that the problem was solved (by a repair person) the next morning.

Frühstück sehr gut, Lage gut, schönes Haus, bemühtes Personal, sehr großes Bett, geräumiges Zimmer, sehr hundefreundlich

Cons:

Im Zimmer keine Haken, wo man seine Jacken aufhängen könnte. Der Kleiderschrank zu klein für 2 Personen für 3 Tage,
Reinigung kommt sehr spät am Nachmittag erst, tlw. nach 16 Uhr
