Der Baulärm war grenzwertig, in der Nacht wurde ebenfalls gearbeitet, bzw waren Baufahrzeuge zu hören. Die Fenster schließen nicht zu 100 %. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig

Beautiful building in the Trieste city centre
Pros:

-spacious rooms with high ceiling
- beautiful building in an excellent location to sightsee Trieste
- Staff is very friendly and well-organised
- Valet Service is a helpful addition when coming by car

Cons:

- breakfast could have had a bit more variety (more fruits and vegetables, better choice of marmalade to the pastry, maybe a few more warm dishes). But that is a personal impression.

In general a great hotel in a great location.

Pros:

Wszystko, od hotelu Hilton zaczęliśmy podróż poślubną. Personel był przemiły i uczynny. Spędziliśmy tylko jedną noc, ale jak wrócimy do Triestu to tylko do hotelu Double Tree.

Location - Right in the center
Pros:

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are fairly sized and are very clean. The location is excellent and you are walking distance to shopping, eating and sightseeing. To view the castle and church, go to the Roman Theater and to the right of it is a garage where you enter and walk to an elevator which takes you to the top of the hill to the castle - free.

Also, if you need a light breakfast or afternoon coffee - right around the corner on the left of the hotel there is Eppinger cafe which is excellent and also Cafe Sacher.
