청결한 숙소였습니다.
직원인지 사장인지 있는데 서비스마인드가 없는것같아요.
정읍에서 편히 머물수 있는 호텔인듯 합니다.
정읍에서 그나마 갈만한 호텔인 것 같아서 갔는데 방음 전혀 안 돼서 옆방 떠들고 노는 소리 다 들리고 화장실 물 내리는 소리 너무 커서 우리 방에서 내리는 줄 알았네요ㅎㅎ 청소 상태 입실하자마자 머리카락 발견하고ㅎㅎ 정읍 갈 일 있으면 차라리 다른 지역 숙소에서 묵을래요..
시설은 깨끗하고 좋았으나 처음에 예약한 객실금액이 아닌 호텔 자체 숙박비를 결재하여 왠지모르게 기분이 안좋았음
침대가 너무 딱딱하고, 방에 바퀴벌레가 나왔습니다.
청결하고 주차장이 여유 있었음. 약간의 외부 소음은 아쉬웠음. 맛있는 커피 서비스 좋았음.
내장산 여행갈때 깨끗한 숙박지 찾는다면 추천함.

기존에 후기가 좋아서 선택했는데
위치 편리하고 주차 편했고, 방 내부도 답답하지 않고, 특히 화장실 샤워실이 분리되어 있어 편리했습니다. 전체적인 청결도도 양호했는데
방 냉장고에 풀무원 생수 두병이 준비 되어있어 마시다 보니 생수병 바닥에 검은콩같은 이물질이 붙어 있어 계속 속이 미슥거렸습니다. 차라리 없었으면 생수 사먹었을것을...
호텔은 새로지어서 상태도 좋고 널찍한편 이예요.2인1실에 숙박했는데 세금포함하니 12만원 이예요.3성호텔치곤 좋은편이지만 내장산 하나보고 가는데 정읍시 땅값이 얼마나한다고 시골호텔치고는 가격이 조금 비싸다고 생각했어요. 간단한 빵과커피정도는 조식제공 해줄만 한데 그런것도 없고~모텔가기 싫어서 택했는데 가격을 1~2만원정도 내렸으면 적당하다고 생각합니다

무척 깨끗하고 넓고 , 시설이 아주 좋았습니다 .
특히 65인치 삼성TV가 화질이 좋아서 쉬는데 무척 쾌적하였습니다.
다음에도 꼭 와보고 싶은 호텔입니다.
다만 주변에 걸어서갈 만한 식당이 별로 없으니 참고하세요.

1. 체크인때 우리가 3인이라고 추가요금 요청해서 황당! 난 호텔닷컴에서 3인요금 결제하고 온건데.
2. 완강기를 사용하려면 완강기를 벽에 고정시킬수있는 지지대 혹은 고리가 있어야하는데 그런게 없음. 이건 건축법위반이고 투숙객의 목숨이 걸린 심각한 위반사항!!!
