We were very satisfied with the accommodations.
Pros:

We liked the room and the amazing breakfast.

Cons:

The fact that I requested a one night additional night and the one night charge was as much as the previous two nights.

Was pleased with our stay. Very convenient for our first trip to the Biltmore Estate.

Location, staff, Breakfast all very good

Cons:

Only one elevator was working. So just coming and going was very slow.
The pool was out of service.

Inside property was great but all immediate surrounding area was like a war zone.
Pros:

Actual building was very good. Spoke with other guests and they seemed to feel the same. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

One elevator was out of service for our entire stay which left only one working.

The area- was a mess. felt unsafe (but the property was well lit.) I understand that the surrounding area of the unsafe was destroyed by hurricane Helene and that explains why thing around the hotel was sketchy

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Most everything…both elevators broke about an hour after we arrived.. our room was on 5th floor… manager claims there was nothing she could do.. totally incompetent, never seen anything like it

It was very nice and well located nearby to the Biltmore estate
Pros:

Breakfast was good overall and hotel was convenient and clean.

Cons:

Loud noise from floor above (footsteps, kept dropping items) although ultimately it quieted down.

A very comfortable stay.
Pros:

The Breakfast was very good. Everything you would want in a hot breakfast except the coffee which was pretty tasteless and weak.

Cons:

The outside fire pit didn’t work the night we wanted to go outside on the deck. The desk clerk couldn’t figure out how to get it working.
