Your comfy bed and smart interior designs
Somebody’s clipped toe nails still on the floor of the room I stayed. Look like you did not vacuum after each customer.
We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was good and varied - I especially liked the oatmeal with blueberry jam.
The location is convenient, close to the Biltmore Estate. We would definitely stay here again.
Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
Hallway was very dirty. The shower was a little dirty. Concerned that the elevator allowed access to the floors with rooms without going through the lobby or requiring a key card access.
The room was ok.
The location was very hard to get to. Staff was extremely rude. Parking was a nightmare. Lobby and check in on 2nd floor.
The breakfast was decent, the size of the room was great and the amenities within the room were good.
The first room we had was decent except for the bathroom. The was grim buildup on the floor of the shower, the shower walls, and hair in the shower. Nasty! We were moved to another room. That shower was better but not what I would expect of a decent hotel. I will not stay there again and would definitely not recommend it to others.
Very clean and polite staff
Nothing
We stayed for three days and our room was not cleaned even one time. We had no replenishment of soap or coffee or towels or anything else. Breakfast was cold and mediocre at best. We had the impression they are extremely stingy with everything. Just staff at checkout did not even speak to us.
It was very clean, the staff were excellent. The room was very nice also.
I didn’t like that it was surrounded by abandoned buildings it took away from how nice of a property it is and when we first arrived we didn’t know how to enter the building.
The location was ok

Cleanliness and location
Loud kids in room above running at all times of the day and night.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Should give a little lead way on timing and not shut curtains at 9 Am promptly on people still eating.
Only one elevator operating the 3 days there.
