I loved it the staff Ms. Shaye was super nice. It felt homey I will definitely revisit again.

Cons:

L endroit où prendre la navette pourrait être indiqué sur le site. Nous avons appelé l hôtel une première fois qui nous a indiqué où nous rendre mais pas de navette. Plusieurs appels sans succès avec portable qui passait mal. Enfin nous avons joint l hôtel qui nous a envoyé une navette plus d’une heure après l atterrissage.Service à revoir

I would definitely come again.
Pros:

The evening check-in staff member was tremendously accommodating and seemed to really enjoy his job.

Cons:

The morning desk clerk did his job but didn't seem to want to go out of his way to accommodate requests. He was very "by the book". I was checking out at 5 AM in the morning and asked if there was a complimentary bottle of water I could take with me. His first response was, "didn't you get one on check-in?" I answered no, but should I have saved the bottle for my morning need if I did get one? Next, he seemed want to have a discussion about the topic. I wanted a simple, yes or no, and be on my way.
