Had a wonderful experience. Arrived early in the a.m, and the young man at the counter helped get me a room wthin 2 hours after arriving, avoiding having to wait all day (3pm) to get the room. Also, the shuttle service was quick and easy. Esteban the driver was excellent! Very attentive and knowledgeable.

Estefan was so professional. He was friendly helpful attentive. Everything that he did from the moment he picked up my bags put them into the vehicle was superb. Thank you Esteban for your service, your commitment to customers and to the world.

Clean and comfortable, but what set this apart was the front desk attendant Brenden, he was very sweet and attentive. Gave great recommendations for the area from restaurants to things to do. Very welcoming presence at the front desk.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. It is clean and updated. The rooms are large. Breakfast had lots of options. Easy to get to the airport and to good restaurants with a car. Service was excellent. Warren at the front desk was welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Very gracious and made sure that we enjoyed our stay when we left. All the front desk employees were great! Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing staff. Clean hotel, amenities are modern. Brenden at the front desk is extremely helpful, was able to help me with a late check out. Kitchen staff allowed me to get breakfast after it ended. I was very happy for that. Highly recommend.

This was a short but very pleasant stay. We were greeted warmly each time we entered the hotel, which made the experience feel welcoming and consistent. The room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.
The pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. One small highlight was the ice cream available at the front desk—it was the perfect portion and a nice added touch to the stay.

I was only there one night but it was a very good one. I had great service from Sade getting me a room earlier than expected. The hotel was spotless, my room was amazing, every employee I came across was friendly. 10/10.

We had a wonderful time on our stay. The staff was very friendly and Jaime Wales during breakfast was super helpful and made my daughter so happy and felt special. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

I’m currently here at Home 2 Suites for two weeks. I stay here very often. The staff is always curious and professional. The state is very comfortable most of the time.
But this time is one staff member that stood out way above the rest of the staff among my many states here. He accommodated me with giving me my favorite room, made sure it was nice and comfortable and cool was quick on the check-in, which I very much appreciate means I travel for work but most of all he took care of a noise issue before I even had a chance to make a call to the front desk because he knew the noise was coming from above my room, which isobviously very close to the reception area. He took care of it in a manner that was professional, quick and with resolve.
Not that the other staff members are not typically overachievers, but Brendan went very much over and above and I very much enjoyed my stay here more than usual because of Brendan on this visit.
Please give him the requisition he deserves as being a top-notch customer service representative for the entire Hilton chain.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. I was here longterm for work and I will say that Brenden was always especially helpful.
