Gorgeous perfect facility with minor room for improvement.
Pros:

Spectacular property from top to bottom. The rooms are perfectly designed and brand new. Great shower and bath combo and closet space. Breakfast is amazing with local and international options. The pool is amazing. Location is good for Tashkent City though further away from most of the tourist sites which are pretty spread out anyway. They have some inconsistent service. An elevator is blocked off all the time for VIPs. Not when a Minister is there but just in case. The whole area is a bit difficult to access. Ostensibly for security but any driver just says Taxi and they are let in.

Best luxury stay in Tashkent
Pros:

When I chose Hilton for my stay in Tashkent, I already had certain expectations and Hilton Tashkent City delivered from the very first moment.

I was in the city for a business trip, and coming back after seven years, discovering this hotel was a really rewarding experience.

The lobby is the first thing that impresses you, it’s very high, and beautifully done. There is a lot of marble, and everything feels clean and well thought out. The flowers are changed every day, which adds a nice touch and shows attention to detail.

I stayed in a corner suite on the top floors, with an amazing view over the city. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in.

Breakfast was great, everything you need, good quality, and very well organized.

I love the Hilton executive lounges, and this one was one of the best I have experienced, spacious, delicious food, a beautiful terrace and an amazing selection of books and magazines to read.

The spa is also excellent. If you stay here, I recommend booking a Balinese massage, and if you have time, also a regular massage. It really completes the whole experience.

Overall, this is the best luxury stay you can have in Tashkent. I will definitely stay here every time I come back for business.
