The reception of the hotel is always an important part of the hotel.

I'm a Guinness Level 3 member. I asked the receptionist about a late check-out. "What's a Guinness Level 3?" they said, "We don't care. She said We can give you late check- out 10 euro per hour.
This was my second time starting at this hotel , and their treatment of guests is not friendly at all.

Местоположение в самом центре Ташкент Сити, хороший вид.

Cons:

Заказывал оформление в номер до заезда в luxury пакете куда должны были входить, вино, два стакана Мартини и ягоды, фактически на время заселения оформили только номер без дополнительных элементов. Всё остальное принесли через 3 часа после 5-6 звонков на фронт-деск. Забыли поднять в номер один из сданных ранее рюкзаков, звонки в фронт-деск не помогли, пришлось самим спустится и искать в luggage room
