Couldn't fault it. Brilliant. Spotless and spacious apartment and bathrooms. 2nd time we have stayed here and will be returning. Best apartment we have stayed iin Liverpool City Centre. Thank you

Amazing place to stay. Great location, clean, spacious, everything we needed and great price. Helpful staff too. Will definitely stay again.

The check in was so easy, and they were responsive. Checkout was equally easy. The apartment was spacious with ample beds. The property was close enough to all the shopping and partying areas, 5 minute walk. This also meant i had a peaceful nights sleep with limited noise from revellers. Where the property is situated didn't feel unsafe, a good option for families. The apartment had everything you needed to self cater or have pre night out drink. I will be returning.

Clean rooms. Heating was not working in the bedroom. And there was no WiFi as mentioned.

Very difficult to get in touch with prior to stay, despite attempting to call multiple number and emails.

Good size. Confusing checkin details as i missed the whats app message earlier. Good response to replace a hairdryer not working. Poor wifi connection.

We had some issues gaining access at 11pm as the external lighting was sub-standard. We called the 24hr mobile number and no one answered and still now have had no call return? We eventually found the key box and got in. Flat was pleasant with clean bedding and towels but was tired, had a number of dirty issues and needs a deep clean beyond just surfaces and showers. Ensuite bedroom shower drain needs cleaned as the water pooled within 30 secs of running it.

Overall a little disappointing, was ment to checkin at 3pm, planned the day around that. Later on to find out the maids was running slow and was told 45 mins delay, but didnt actually get into the room until 5.15. We had thinks booked but wasnt able to attend because of all the bags. Lost a good sum of money due to this. Room wasnt properly cleaned , there was a number of toe nail clippings in the main room. Plus when we all got up in the morning there wasnt any hot water to have a shower. Did get propmised late check out for free but all having pre booked train we didnt need it. Have contacted the hotel since but no reply.

Fine leiligheter men litt slitt, ganske lytt og ikke helt rent. Bildene ga bedre inntrykk enn det som var realiteten. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening i resepsjonen. Grei plass for en familie på 5, men lite bad. Veldig sentral plassering.

Brilliant propert and perfect location

IT WAS BEYOND AMAZING AND COMFORTABLE! My aunties, my baby brother, my sister, and mum was so happy about the stay. Will definitely book again. It's just that the reception is in different building, but all in all? It's a 6/5. Everything is nice and hassle free. Even the under the sofa and bed was clean. My baby brother was so comfortable dropping on the ground. We had so much fun and relaxing night after a traumatic stay in a different hotel.

We stayed at York Street Studios for a hen do and it was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and it was great staying in apartment 2 with its own outdoor bar and dining area.

Stay was decent one window wouldn’t completely close bit chilly but no big deal

Had a pretty good experience staying here. Bedrooms and bedding were clean but there was a scent of wall paint lingering around. Perhaps the units were freshly done up?

Aside from a slight tobacco scent in the living area, my family was generally comfortable.

Folks at the front desk were very helpful too.

Has initially booked for 9 to stay in an appointment, when we arrived we noticed the apartment only slept 8 people. Therefore we had to split our group into 2 different apartments on different floors, this was very disappointing when we had expected to be together.
One of the beds seemed to have something wrong with it, the tv didn't work in one room. These were minor issues really. It wasn't till our neighbours decided to have a party at 3 in the morning which lead to arguing, crying, slamming doors until 6am and and several attempts to call the 24hr reception that we thought enough is enough. We had two young girls with us who were left feeling frightened. When we informed the reception of this during check out, we were lead to believe that the manager was going to call us to discuss the issue etc. Two weeks later, still no phone call. I've sent emails that haven't been answered.
This place is definitely not professionally run. I would never stay there again!!!

Wij hebben een geweldige service-ervaring opgedaan. Bij het boeken had ik niet nagedacht over welke verdieping of er wel een lift was.
Toen de receptioniste bij aankomst een rolstoel zag in onze groep (8 pers.) ondernam zij gelijk actie; een paar telefoontjes en wij kregen een schitterende studio op de BG.
Wij hebben 3 nachten uitstekend vertoefd met alle faciliteiten die je maar wenst (zelfs een biertap)..
Ik ben als organisator ruimschoots gecomplimenteerd voor m'n keuze terwijl ik ervoor toch 2 nachten wakker gelegen heb vanwege dat liftenaspect.
