During my stay, I liked that the staff were helpful and polite, and even though the check-in was delayed because I didn’t have my ID or passport at first, the process was handled smoothly once I brought them. I also appreciated that the environment was peaceful, with no noise from nearby rooms, which made the stay pleasant.

Cons:

There were several aspects I didn’t enjoy. The breakfast spread was limited, mostly English options with only a few Arabic dishes. The room smelled of smoke, and although the booking was for two adults and two kids, the bed size was not comfortable for our family. The pool was 140 cm deep, making it unsuitable for small kids. Dinner, despite being on half board, came with a very limited menu where I had to choose from just two to four options, which felt restrictive. I had also requested a complimentary gesture for my daughter’s birthday, but unfortunately nothing was provided.

First & last time to book such hotel
Pros:

Price was good

Cons:

Location was not good at all it is in between the citizens houses
Buffet was not up to 5 stars hotel, varieties were limited and provided food was not that much tasty
Swimming pool was directly under sun which was disappointing
Room service staff was the lowest performance, you need to call several times and you are lucky if they come
I stayed in many hotels via booking.com , first time that a booked hotel didn’t send a welcoming message such this hotel
