I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the hotel management and all the staff for making my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

I would especially like to thank the reception staff, particularly Ms.Prinsi Akhil & Ms. Rony Hazel, for her kindness, excellent treatment, and the wonderful way she interacted with children and guests. I also greatly appreciate her polite communication and professionalism.

My thanks also go to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff for their efforts and friendly service, as well as for the quality and variety of the breakfast.

Lovely places to take pictures

Cons:

The bathroom drainage should be improved on, the towels should be rolled up and stashed away neatly for customers. Asides this everything was nice.
