Cons:

Girl that checked me out in the morning wasn't at counter, had to ring a bell, was not greeted with a smile and I seemed to be bothering her. Imo I didn't think she was dressed appropriately for your beautiful hotel

Great spot, would stay here again!
Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly and honest (I left a smartwatch on accident and they promptly called me to let me know!) the property and rooms were tidy, breakfast was generous (waffles, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit etc) lobby was full stocked with tea and hot coco for an evening treat.

Cons:

Beds were not super comfortable.

Cons:

bookings needs to check the info that is sent with the confirmation as it talks about abiding by cdc mask guidelines. Needs to be updated.

Wells is perhaps only a stopping place, but it was a wonderful surprise!
Pros:

It was new and clean! And the price was great too. We had been booked at another Hampton Inn but the power was out due to some accident, and rather than wait and see I made this reservation on line and an hour later we arrived. Staff was great. Hotel was beyond expectations because I thought it had only 2 stars, but it deserves more. Yes, it’s near a big truck stop, but the hotel was quiet and even the free breakfast was better than comparable hotels.

Cons:

All of the above, clean, quiet, great breakfast, and we got in without any issues.
