Pros:

The bathroom was a surprise. Nice upgrade over the old school tub/shower combo.

Cons:

I booked another day by accident through an agency. Got the run around from the agency and hotel. Hampton staff hung up on me TWICE!! Not by accident either.

Nitpicking!
Pros:

I liked the whole experience.

Cons:

Nitpicking, the shower door was slightly off balance and maybe clean the shower base foot area with a whitening cleanser. But it was clean though.
