THE PERFECT HOTEL
Pros:

Our experience at Pell Palace Hotel & Spa was amazing. The location is perfect very close to the Blue Mosque and Santa Sofía and The Gran Bazaar. The people who is working at the hotel is very friendly and always ready to help. We will be back to this hotel when we will come to Istanbul. 😍

- La fonctionnalité, la décoration et la taille de la chambre sont un plus.
- L'emplacement proche du Tram T1, du grand bazar, des restaurants... Seulement à 10 minutes à pieds de la mosquée bleue.
- Le personnel est à l'écoute, donnd d'excellent conseil et est très souriant.

Συμπαθητική!λόγω της ευγένειας του προσωπικού ιδίως στην ρεσεψιόν

η τοποθεσία που ήταν κοντά σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς
η ευγένεια του προσωπικού και η διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση
επίσης μου έκανε ωραία εντύπωση που μας είχαν βάλει μπαλόνια μέσα στο δωμάτιο με αφορμή τα γενέθλια του γιου μου

Δεν μου άρεσε που δεν είχε μαλακτική για τα μαλλιά και όταν ζήτησα δεν μου έφεραν.
το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και είχε διαφορά από τις φωτογραφίες
επίσης έλειπε ένα έπιπλο να ακουμπάς τη βαλίτσα σου που συνηθίζεται στα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεία
στο μπάνιο οι πετσέτες ήταν πολυχρησιμοποιημένες δεν ήταν αφράτες.
τα δεύτερα παπλώματα μέσα στην ντουλάπα δεν είχαν παπλωματοθήκες

직원이 매우 친절합니다. 스파는 현금 결제시 절반 가격으로, 1인 50유로로 풀 패키지를 이용하였습니다. 직원의 손힘이 센 편은 아니지만 피로가 풀리는 시간이었습니다. 구시가지의 주요 관광지를 이용하기에 괜찮은 위치였습니다. 우산도 빌려줍니다.

객실의 창가 쪽 침대는 조금 춥습니다. 호텔 주변 일부는 포석 길이라 캐리어를 끌고 다니기에 다소 불편합니다.
