Отличный отель! Всё было на высшем уровне: чисто, комфортно и уютно. Персонал очень дружелюбный и заботливый, всегда готовы помочь. Особенно приятно, что угощают чаем — чувствуется настоящее гостеприимство. Обязательно приеду ещё раз!

Personal mi s-a părut ca micul dejun nu era aprovizionat cum trebuie și ca nu prea se făcea refill la tot ce ținea de mâncare mai ales cea caldă.

Персонал очень отзывчивый! Помогли всем что в их возможностях. Есть русскоговорящий.

Cons:

Отель находитьс возле гранд базар. В целом все очень близко. Нам лично тяжело было ходить так как отель на бесконечных подъёмах .

Un hôtel central très propre et un personnel au top, à la hauteur des recommandations.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. À deux pas des sites touristiques principaux et de la ligne principale de tram pour aller prendre le bateau ou aller à galata. Petit déjeuner très méditerranéen avec grand choix côté salé. Il faut aimer varier. Le personnel est adorable. La jeune fille qui nous a accueilli et qui s’est occupée de nous tout le séjour a répondu à toutes nos demandes. C’était top de l’avoir ! Quartier très calme.

Cons:

Les matelas sont très très fermes c’est important de le savoir et c’est une question de confort personnel. Un petit bémol, l’isolation entre les chambres.
