Good location, was disappointed that the photo's online did not really match what we got.

Cons:

The bed was EXTREMELY hard and the pillows were awful. Two pillows for two people and I had to request more - but the pillows and the bed were awful.
We were there for 5 nights and 3 of the nights the air-conditioning worked ok, but the last 2 nights the air-con did not work at all.

Pros:

Blisko do centrum oraz wszystkich atrakcji. Duży atutem jest bliskośc do komunikacji miejskiej.

Cons:

W nocy była ulewa więc zalało nam troszkę pokój, oraz czystość pokoju, niby sprzątany codziennie ale bez większych efektów. Śniadanie takie sobie.

Perfectly good city break hotel, clean and good location
Pros:

Great city trip hotel. Great location in the old town, walking distance from the Blue mosque and grand bazaar. Rooms are smaller than they appear on the photos but clean and good overall. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

One minor point is the breakfast. Basic spread of mezze, some sausages, boiled eggs, and not great coffee. It was passable but not that great tbh. After the 2nd day we went out for breakfast.

Świetny pobyt w Hotel Pell Palace w Stambule! Największym atutem jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja – wszędzie blisko, idealna baza do zwiedzania miasta. Personel był niezwykle miły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty, co naprawdę robi różnicę. Pokoje czyste, zadbane i bardzo wygodne – można było naprawdę dobrze odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Dużym plusem jest też opcja transportu z i na lotnisko – bardzo wygodne i bezstresowe rozwiązanie. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie tu wrócę!

Foncez l’hôtel est génial. Pas besoin de prendre les transports quand on est dans le centre

On a même était surclassé

Pros:

Lage, Frühstück und Zimmer waren phänomenal! Aber vor allem das extrem aufmerksame Personal (hier besonders Kaan hervorzuheben) hat den Aufenthalt ganz wundervoll gemacht. Wir wurden gut beraten und informiert und hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Cons:

Unser Schloss hatte kurzzeitig Probleme aber auch da war sofort jemand parat, um zu helfen!

Perfect place to stay in old town Istanbul.
Pros:

The property was located in a convenient area of the Faith district. It was clean, had a great breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
