Excellent location with friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, and very near the Christmas market if you are visiting during year end. Friendly staff and great smell when walking in.

Cons:

The coffee machine in the room is not working, but didn't bother me much.

Best stay in Montreux
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay at the hotel, love the mountain and lake view! Super convenient location right next to the train station and the Christmas market is directly below the hotel. It’s pricey but worth the money!

Cons:

Bathroom was quite small.

Scam! Never returned the deposit (around $1,000).
Cons:

The hotel charged me around $1,000 deposit and never returned it. Emails are being ignored. Initially, manager promised that refund would be processed within a few minutes.

Stay and be looked after
Pros:

Very good facilities. Pleasant clean rooms. Lovely food, huge breakfasts and cheery staff. Right opposite the station. Mountain and lake views. Felt you had arrived.

Un très bon séjour sans souci .
Pros:

Les services offerts dans la chambre, café, thé , eau, bouilloire, serviettes , produits de soin, chaussons, .... la qualité des services et la proximité des moyens de transport.
Nous aurions préféré avoir une chambre avec vue sur mer.

Cons:

Les articles de travail sur bureau comme par exemple , disposer de davantage d'enveloppes tous formats , de papier à lettres et de stylo bic .
Un carnet de notes ou un bloc de papier aurait été appréciable.
