Perfect location. Stunning views from the rear over lake Geneva
Nothing! The stay was superb.
The room was decorated and furnished very nicely with updated marble in bath and beautiful chrome fixtures. The room was air conditioned to a comfortable temperature.
I would say on the 8th floor the windows towards the city view were rather small (starting from chest high) but this was a small issue.a somewhat larger inconvenience was the fact that the terrace was also a restaurant making it feel that only way one could enjoy the lake view was to have a meal. We opted to walk the boulevard along the lake instead sitting on the park benches to enjoy the view along the way.
The view across Lake Geneva to the alps from our room and balcony was magnificent. Cross the road from the train to the hotel and on the other side of the hotel is the walk along the shore line, where you take a cruise, find a restaurant. The staff were amazing and very helpful with getting us connected to wifi, giving us a voucher for free transport and storing our luggage. Beautiful old hotel with a grand marble staircase. The room was a great size for 5 nights with plenty of storage. We even got a new coffee machine and unlimited coffee pods.
The shower over the bath is difficult to access around the shower screen and would be extremely challenging if mobility is an issue.

Liked how close it was to the train station. Loved the balcony and the lake view!
I use a walked and could not get down to the lower street below because the escalator outsde the hotel was broken and the lift on the other side of the stairs was broken. Both had 3 very long sets of stairs available, but I can't do stairs with the walker. The lift was two blocks away from the hotel. This was the lift that was broken. We tried two different elevators in the hotel and could not find a way to get to the outside lower level.
