Pros:

Breakfast is always great there. It is just a min away from the station. You have a very nice lake view from the room and balcony. The receptionist was very kind and nice.

Cons:

At the breakfast cafe, there was a waitress who was little bit rude. Otherwise it was all OK. I stay almost always when I visit there.

Practical, beautiful, nice staff, good food and drinks, decent price for Switzerland.
Pros:

Location near the train station and the view it has. It’s also a beautiful hotel inside and out.

Cons:

The rooms could be nicer, their small size can’t be helped but perhaps a refurbishment with some new design touches of good quality would help.

Excellent location with friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the train station, and very near the Christmas market if you are visiting during year end. Friendly staff and great smell when walking in.

Cons:

The coffee machine in the room is not working, but didn't bother me much.

Best stay in Montreux
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay at the hotel, love the mountain and lake view! Super convenient location right next to the train station and the Christmas market is directly below the hotel. It’s pricey but worth the money!

Cons:

Bathroom was quite small.

Scam! Never returned the deposit (around $1,000).
Cons:

The hotel charged me around $1,000 deposit and never returned it. Emails are being ignored. Initially, manager promised that refund would be processed within a few minutes.

Pros:

Very good facilities. Pleasant clean rooms. Lovely food, huge breakfasts and cheery staff. Right opposite the station. Mountain and lake views. Felt you had arrived.
