A hotel that earns it's name
Pros:

The hotel looked spectacular, with a very friendly greeting upon arrival. We got there early so they were happy to take our bags whilst we visited Montreux. The room was very spacious with a great balcony and that amazing view of Lake Geneva. Would definately come back here.

Cons:

Only minor quibble about the toilet paper holder next to the toilet being so close you kept knocking it off but very minor in the grand scheme of things

Pros:

La localisation, le service, l'attention du personnel, le petit déjeuner et sa grande salle, le confort de la chambre et le joli balcon dont nous avons bénéficié.

Cons:

Le bar qui annonce fermer à minuit mais qui était déjà fermé à 23h20, intolérable dans un hotel de ce standing. Un samedi soir en plus... Personne n'a proposé quoi que ce soit pour compenser notre déception. La salle de bain et la douche dans la baignoire qui sont trés bien mais pas à la hauteur du standing d'un tel hotel.

The services was great. Also, liked the location and the amazing view.

Cons:

All was well, but I was not really satisfied with the dinner. I was expecting mash potatoes but it was more like a poridge. I have asked to change it and they did.

Didn’t want to leave fabulous place and would like to meet Lucas again.
Pros:

You can see the lake directly from the window. The view was breath taking which is fabulous because I’m on oxygen and have a touch of gout but the air quality was fabulous and clean so healthier than Dartford. It overlooks lake Geneva. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby and a boat that sails to Canvey Island. There’s a cogwheel train that goes up the mountain where the view is incredible. We met a man in lederhosen up there called Lucas who gave us Swiss snuff that makes you all chatty. The views are incredible, we were chatting so much about life on other planets that we completely lost track of time and nearly missed the train.Would definitely go again.

Cons:

Leaving would go back again.

Amazing location, great accommodation, a luxury break but don't stay here on a tight budget!
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic, great location opposite the station, rooms overlooking the lake are wonderful. We ate in the restaurant, which was great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing about this hotel is that it is rather expensive, but you get what you pay for!

It’s a great location however you have to confirm with them regarding the floor to avoid having blocked trees to your vi

It’s great location to move in the city

Cons:

Mattress weren’t changed even once it’s not clean. The tree are blocking the view and special request was totally ignored. No one to help you with the bags and no drop-off area for the car.
