Very pleasant
Pros:

Very Homely feel. Pleasant staff. Amenities were great. Did not have a resturant only a market place.

Wasn't horrible but for the price we paid so not worth it.

Run down carpets in halls stain. Bathroom needs to be updated. Mold was bad in shower corners. Wallpaper pelling and soap holders broke.

Cons:

Room was dark and smell was very bad and heavy. It was like someone before us stayed with dirty clothes. We were not able to open windows. Other sings were OK

Pros:

It was very convenient as I was in the area for a Binghamton University orientation. It was 5 min from the University.
The staff was really professional, courteous, and prompt. I called twice and both times I got what I needed very quickly. The location was really clean.

Cons:

The only thing didn't really like was the fact that there was no fitted sheet on the bed and the flat one seemed to short and wouldn't stay in place.

It was clean and equipped with what I needed

Cons:

The manager that checked me in was downright nasty. He told me my room wasn’t ready even though I checked in 3 hours past check in time. He said if I had a problem with it I could go somewhere else. When I pushed back he told me he would kick me out if I gave home more attitude. When I got into my room I noticed the door wouldn’t lock. That took more time to resolve. After a long day I was not able to settle in and relax the way I should have. It’s a simple comfort that I paid to have and did not receive
