Staff was nice
Everything other than the staff..the room was disgusting it looked like all that was done was they changed the bed sheets.. other areas of the room have filth that you can tell had been there forever..the office chair I would touch with a ten foot pole. Mattress had stains all over it..the shower wasn’t washed…there was spots all over the tops of tables and desk. The floor was sticky… the room smelled disgusting..I would not stay again. The rooms constantly opened and closed all day and all night.. people running through halls and slamming doors and screaming. I felt like bugs were living with me in that room.

I had to have my room changed three times. The first room wasn't ready, beds stripped, bathroom not cleaned. The second hadn't been cleaned at all, dirty towels, and still smelled of the previous guest.
When I entered the third room it seemed ok, until I went to get into bed, pulled back the covers and the sheets were not only wrinkled as if recently slept in but had obvious crumbs in the sheets.
I had been on the road for 6 hours and needed to sleep so I left and stayed at another property nearby. This is the second time I've tried to stay here and the cleaning situation was chaos.
The location was great and close to where we needed to visit.
The bathroom was semi clean. The shower had black and pink mold in it. Black mold in the corners and the shower doors were dirty with pink looking mold.

Also the WiFi password was not working with my last name and room# but the long passcode. It was caused confusion
Room was clean, nice location and ok breakfast.
Being woken up after 10:00 p.m. staff tried to open our room door, but my wife put the safety lock on. They thought our room was empty. I had to give my name, then she left.
