Overall good stay .
Pros:

Location fantastic for travelling to sights , food and shopping . So easy to get everywhere. Staff helpful .

Cons:

We had to change rooms after 1 night for a 4 night stay and were given smaller rooms than the first night !

京都駅とイオンから近くて良かった
Pros:

京都駅からとても近く、イオンも横にあってとても便利だった。朝食に食べた和食うおまんのお豆腐がとても美味しかった。

スーツケースを開く場所がなく困った。洗面台の水が温かくならなかった。シャワー
中、温度が冷たくなったり、熱くなったりして不便だった。

The staff were so friendly and kind. I would recommend to family and friends.

Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The man who checked us in was very rude indeed. Worst customer service I think I’ve ever seen. The machines for check in when we left were out the door. And the machines would not work for us. Please rethink your system.

Pros:

It was a perfect place to stay 5 nights in Kyoto. We liked everything about the hotel, including the very comfortable rooms, the staff and location right next to the railway station. Even so, it was very quiet.
It was a grewt base to tavel to Nara amd Osaka by train and also to use the buses which allow easy acceed to the many city attractions.
There are many excellent restaurants and shops in the station over the road. The Aeon shopping mall is just a few metres away.
Can highly recommend thia hotel.
