I stayed here with my family (boyfriend and daughter) for a quick getaway from Miami and our stay was lovely. We didn’t
Pros:

It was clean; sometimes the door closer to the parking tunnel wouldn’t work.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin you can hear whatever is going on in the next room. There is quiet house 10pm-9am which is nice for others to be mindful.

Pros:

House keeping was wonderful and breakfast was amazing. Location was everything! Very clean place.

Pros:

Clean, convenient and staff was great.

Cons:

Noise next room loud and then the lady at the desk came up and spoke with them and it got worse. I had to move to another room to get some sleep. I always stay at the Tru Hilton and that was the worse experience I’ve ever had there.

First time Tru by Hilton stay
Pros:

Staff were helpful, spoke to us whenever we encountered them ( the way a Southern mama taught you- look in the eyes, smile and say good morning or hello). I mentioned the rooms were minimalist but I meant it as a compliment to style function eye- pleasing. I didn't bump my toes every time I moved around!

Cons:

I missed having a coffee pot in the room, BUT the coffee in the lobby was always hot and fresh and absolutely delicious.... Starnucks- be gone, you foul dishwater brand!!!!
