The most perfect, serene and peaceful villa. Feels like a hidden garden community despite being in Canggu. The rooms were gorgeous (particularly the bathrooms) and the staff were so kind and accomodating. The pool overlooking the rice fields is stunning and the beautiful greenery everywhere makes you not want to leave. Good location and close to plenty of food options. We could have stayed here for weeks.

Great area with lots of plants/trees with a nice view on rice fields by the pool, which is also really nice, quite long and therefore good for swimming.
We had a Villa by the pool, funky old stylish interiors with open bathrooms.
Staff was very friendly, good breakfast, scooter rental on site. Quiet area, just a few minutes by scooter to Canggu and the beach.
We would definitely come back
Some of the towels had stains and holes, didn’t bother us but may be nice to replace them.

the location is good, the stuff is super super helpful me nice. also they make it very easy, I wanted a massage in the hotel and they brought the best one to the room! the pool area is nice and relaxing
A very beautiful property overlooking rice fields . Decorated with stunning Indonesian antiques and vintage pieces .
The pool was perfect and the tropical garden was simple but lovely .
The local staff were friendly and helpful particularly Putu , Made , Gede and Ketut .
And best of all mostly very quiet despite being about 10 mins by motorbike from great cafes .
If I’m being picky the bed was very hard and the outside ( but private ) shower was a bit challenging . Actually minor details

The day I left the villa, before my checking out time one of the staff who were supposed to help with my luggage were sort of standing by and waiting outside of the room gave me pressure to leave. It wasn’t a nice feeling to end the trip.

I understand that my review may influence the Artis Villa’s availability, as it may be fully booked :) I genuinely love and admire this place. It looks like the house from my dreams: interior design with all the small details and antique art pieces was fascinating. The design is also beautiful but ergonomic: when you are in the place, you feel it was projected for the best living experience. And honestly, I would hire this interior designer for my project; this is how I like it! The area is quiet and close to the shops and restaurants.
Also, when you are next to the router, WiFi is 6-20 Mbs, which is good (based on my expertise). So, it was the perfect experience living and working from Artis Villa's home.
Nice bonus: a coffee shop with excellent matcha next to the villa!
