距離久屋大通站4號出口約350公尺，以這個價位跟地段來說，房間寬敞又舒適。這次遇到的櫃台接待人員是說英語的外籍工作人員，對於日語能力沒把握的旅客來說是比較友善的。
Pros:

房間內有提供飲用水，這點似乎是愈來愈難得的事情了。

Unhelpful staff. Super long line for breakfast
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel. Rooms are big enough in Japanese standards. Good location

Cons:

The line for breakfast is insane. We waited more than 30 min in line and eventually gave up because we had a bus tour to catch. We ended up buying coffee and sandwich in 7Eleven. The staff was unhelpful at all. Just “sorry, many people, wait please”
Next morning we woke up early and there was already a line 15 min before the restaurant was open. Luckily we were not in a hurry.
When confronted the receptionist next morning with this issue, same answer “sorry”. I have them back breakfast tickets expecting some compensation, but nothing.
They should either have higher breakfast facilities or inform guests of a problem

新しい清潔なインテリア
Pros:

新しそうで、落ち着いた雰囲気のインテリアでした。空調が快適で、ビジネス街にもかかわらず空気に埃っぽさがなかった。室内備品やアメニティパッケージのデザインが空間にマッチしていて、こだわりを感じました。

Cons:

洗面所以外に化粧鏡がなかった点(物が置ける面積が極狭小)。壁紙の施工が荒く、所々剥がれていた点。家具照明もスタンド照明も、就寝灯も赤い色味が欠けていて、眩しかった。携帯できるボトルタイプの水が無かったり、欠品していたりと、アメニティに関しては、環境に配慮しているというよりは経済性を強く感じてしまった。

I would chose this hotel again. Good price- comfort ratio
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing how a small space can be laid out in a comfortable way, good breakfast, the possibility to make (powder) coffee in the room and the availability of coffee and tea, as well as a lot of skincare products. Also there was hardly any sound of the traffic etc outside. Since this was our first hotel in Japan we were a. It puzzled what exactly was the spot to shower. It was obviously not in the bathtub, so it was in the part that felt for us like just showering in the rest of the bathroom. That felt a bit unnatural and like being impolite, but I must say it is comfortable and you even manage to keep your towels dry when you put them on the railing.

Cons:

When I must mention anything: it takes a while before the temperature change is effective after adjusting the climate control. But that is a minor thing
