しっかり眠れて朝からご飯をしっかり食べて大満足です。
Pros:

リファのシャワーヘッドとドライヤーが良かったです。朝食も名古屋らしいメニューもありよかったです。

Cons:

自分の理解不足ではあると思いますが、テレビでYouTubeを見るための接続がわかりづらかったです。

良かった
Pros:

ヘアドライヤーなとがリファで荷物預かり物もしてもらえました。コインランドリーの件も対応してもらえました。　

Cons:

コインランドリーを使っている方が多かったのですが終わっても全然取り出されず、フロントに電話したのですがこちらが伝えるまでみにくる様子もなかったです。
当たる方によって理解に偏りがあると思いました。
上の方？に伝えるとすぐ対応してもらえました。
フロントで走り回って荷物に当たっているのに注意しない親がいたりとトータルで見て少し客層が気になりました。

離最近的地鐵站約5分鐘腳程，糟糕的是沒有電梯或手扶梯，導致我們得從地下二樓扛著大行李箱拾階而上，非常不友善
Pros:

浴室空間舒適，有大浴缸可以泡澡

Cons:

三人房非常擁擠，應該是雙人房硬塞一張單人床，變成大通舖，和圖片不符；三個人的行李箱只能擠放在過道上，人就無法從過道通過，移動只能通過床舖很不舒服

lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything. Great amenities
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location. Close to everything. Staff were very helpful and replied quickly- able to assist with looking after luggage prior to and post check in and out. Room was very clean and tidy, modern facilities. Bed very comfortable and loved the complimentary pjs!!

Cons:

Room was a tiny bit small but otherwise really enjoyed our stay and the facilities
