Un gélido iceberg en pleno gélido centro.

Ubicación en pleno centro, el cual no vale nada la pena.

Personal si no abiertamente antipático, al menos no les han enseñado a sonreir, chocante !
La única persona del staff que me sonrió fué la subdirectora, en recepción tenían todos cara de funeral.
El restaurante es sencillamente espantoso, una mala cafetería.
Todo, todo, iluminado con luz blanca gélida de oficina.
Tristísimo. Por un poco más, mejor quedarse en el colindante Hilton de verdad.

The breakfast could have more options. The staff was unfriendly and careless. I was charged more for room service and had to complain about it to get the amount refunded.

Buena opcion en el centro de Windhoek. Hotel moderno con instalaciones acorde a la marca.

Muy buenas acomodaciones, un predio moderno, muy bien ubicado en el centro de Windhoek, cerca de tiendas, lugares de interés, restaurantes, etc. El personal muy atento. Un desayuno muy bueno. La habitación amplia, cómoda y tranquila. El precio me pareció adecuado.

It was a pleasure staying at this facility.
Pros:

Good customer service. The facilities were on point as well. Meals were well prepared too. When we inquired ten days before the arrival date the indication was that there was no accommodation but it became available three days before travelling.

Cons:

The fact that we could not book ten days before travel after getting the response of non availability of accommodation which only became available three days before traveling made the planning complicated.
