Pros:

The rooms were clean.

Cons:

The lady who checked me in appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic, giving the impression that she was simply going through the motions rather than genuinely welcoming guests. She did not offer any briefing on how to access my room or explain the hotel's facilities, leaving me to figure things out on my own. A warmer attitude and a more professional, guest-oriented approach would have made a much better first impression.

Fantástico
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal, en especial la Recepción ("súper fan" de la encargada de Recepción). Es un hotel muy cómodo, moderno, muy seguro y su ubicación es ideal para efectuar compras y visitar los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes Stadthotel (nähe Christuskirche) mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Alles hat gut funktioniert und wir konnten super schlafen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Anreise mit dem Auto war etwas verwirrend, weil uns nicht klar war, dass zwei Hilton Hotels direkt nebeneinander gebaut wurden (wollte erst im falschen einchecken). Darüber hinaus nahmen wir das Empfangspersonal teilweise als sehr kühl und beinahe abweisend wahr. Beim Check Out hatten wir allerdings eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin.

Super Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in Windhoek, Lage ist super, es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Zusätzlich verfügt das Hotel über ein Restaurant, in welchem das Essen auch sehr lecker war. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber.
