Qualche sforzo ancora per raggiungere veri standard internazionali
Pros:

In posizione molto centrale, è abbastanza adeguato agli standard internazionali. Spazi comuni luminosi e dal gradevole design, camere moderne e abbastanza funzionali. Ristorante interno dalla cucina più che buona. Colazione abbondante e di elevata qualità.

Cons:

Alcune imperfezioni: la ventola del bagno che rimane sempre accesa, l'assenza di un frigobar in camera, la mancanza di una illuminazione adeguata, la doccia che perde acqua. Infine, per quanto ci si possa adeguare a ritmi e standard differenti, la disorganizzazione del ristorante e in alcuni casi della reception è, a tratti, imbarazzante.

My stay was awesome. No regrets.
Pros:

I was there last year. And again this year. I love the facility, food was ok. Bed comfy. I will recommend and come back.

Cons:

Dinner was repetitive. Same menu each night. Staff tend to forget to respond to issues after calling front desk, maybe because they were overwhelmed with a full house. But it would be nice to have issues tackled immediately one calls front desk.

Centrale, colazione varia.

Cons:

L’hotel si trova in zona centrale ma dopo le ore 17 diventa deserta e non molto sicura. la sala colazione/pranzo è invasa dagli odori delle cucine..andrebbe migliorata la pulizia delle camere.

Pros:

Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Frühstück ist gut mit viel Gebratenem, Obst, Toast, Belag, Joghurt etc. Man kann sich Spiegeleier und Omlettes frisch zubereiten lassen. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Auch im Zentrum von Windhuk gibt es Bettler und Obdachlose. Das Hotel ist aber gut bewacht.

Bon hotel pour commencer notre périple

Cons:

L'insistance téléphonique la dame du restaurant pour payer immédiatement le dîner après être retourné dans notre chambre et avoir signé le du. J’ai réglé l'ensemble au check-out. La démarche de cette Dame est indigne d’un Hilton.
