Rechnungsbetrag wurde uns 3 Mal abgebucht, entsprechende Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich, obwohl sie den Fehler gemacht hat

Pros:

Overall, I had a good stay. The location is very convenient, close to Christuskirche and the museum, which made it easy to explore Windhoek. The reception staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful with any requests. The dinner at the restaurant was also amazing and definitely one of the highlights of my stay

Cons:

The Wi-Fi in my room was not working properly at first. Someone from reception came to help me connect to another network which worked slightly better, and I appreciated the effort, but the internet could still be improved. Breakfast was good overall, although I think it could offer a bit more variety. The hotel was comfortable and nice, but slightly below the Hilton standard I usually expect.

I will stay there again. BUT no breakfast and they need to make sure the rooms are cleaned daily.
Pros:

Good location.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Staff didn’t clean the room everyday.
I mistakenly booked with our breakfast. The breakfast for 2 people was 673 NAD for watery eggs, dry bacon, over cooked pork sausage.
