Hotel Delhi Airport

This property address landed me in a dark, back alley. I called and the hotel could not find my reservation and refused to direct me to their hotel. Instead they wanted me to take a taxi to one of their more expensive hotels. Now they refuse to give a refund and when I called they LIED saying they said they did find my reservation and hung up on me. Hotels. com refuses to force the refund and is standing by this dishonest merchant rather than me, their faithful customer of 15 years.

I never leave reviews but this place man… like many hotels in the area, they try and bait switch ppl (esp ppl like me with a flight to catch and no time to argue). They claimed to not have received my Orbtiz reservation/payment so they could charge me cash. I only booked them so I could use my points here, they were cheap, and needed a place to rest after my missed flight. I only had agreed I would pay cash for an extra night if needed. I had stayed there the night before having booked on Expedia n it was a decent enough place for my needs. Until it wasn’t.

I contacted support for a refund, and they easily reached the front desk, who confirmed they had received my prepaid reservation. After claiming they didnt see the reservation at all. At best the owner is cheap and unprofessional, and at worst a lying scammer. 2 stars simply because the (probably) underpaid staff are lovely and hardworking. And im not cheap either, I tipped generously, hence me having no local currency left after paying the hotel cash for a reservation I had already partially paid for. Orbitz et al need to do a much better job of vetting these shady hotels.

Such a disappointment.
Nothing like the property advertised on Expedia.
No hot water, holes in the wall, not clean.
Will be much more careful booking with Expedia again

Think of 1950's and you've got it. Updates were attempted but definitely a home job. Poorly maintained.

Bed sheets were not properly cleaned

This is fake post, there was no hotel with this name in Delhi, its a fraud, contact number given is wrong number, I had to book another hotel. I lost my money I paid for this hotel. Please don't encourage these fraud people, pls refund my money, Thanks, Suresh.

The property is certainly not the property listed on your web site......Hotel Delhi Airport have "stolen" the photo of a lovely looking hotel 4 buildings along from them ...called Heritage Hotel....l liked the look of the architecture from the photo on your website, which was one of the reasons why l chose the hotel. Their hotel is a rundown mess.
When l return to Delhi in 2 weeks time l will take a photo on my phone and send it to you. This is my first and probably my last time using Expedia....l was severly shocked and shaken by this whole episode.. l am a mature female travelling alone and this hotel episode really shook my confidence...after arguing with the hotel manager for about 1/2 hour...it is now 7.30pm and l've come off a flight....not a female in sight, numerous males loitering around gorping at the situation, he then takes me to his "other" hotel 5 minutes walk away....Tarsha Paradise...the smell of cigarette smoke overwhelming both inside the room and in the corridors, the sheets filthy, certainly not freshly washed!!!!!!! I stayed the night in my sleeping, simply because l was too exhausted to move hotels... l was out of their by 8am....and found a delightful new one called Nivarna. I have travelled to many different countries over the past 40years and not a lot can shock me......but this was very trying and as l arrived at night l couldn't see what the building looked like the outside...lt was in the light of day when l went back to look that l saw all.

The facilities of Alofts may be same but service here is the best. Food is ok and you don't have much choices around Aerocity New Delhi.
specially mention my house keeper Mr. Akhil Maurya, he really helped a lot.

Did not show up at the airport at 2 am after my 23 hour flight. Claimed the next day’s date started at 12 pm and not 12 am. I guess i was the stupid one to assume otherwise. This is so unlike my Indian experience this past month when traveling as a solo female.

Good location near the airport. this is a real airport budgethotel to spend just one night. It is okay - quite clean and serves a decent Indian and continental breakfast. Not much to say about.

Main thing: we made a reservation by Booking.com which was confirmed, but untill the last day this was uncertain because of emails sent by the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night only as my partner and I were just transiting on our way to Agra.The hotel is easily reached from IGI terminal 3 by using Delhi metro airport express. Get off at Aerocity station and the hotel is 5 minutes away on foot.Food and beverage options were also satisfying. No complain at all.

One of the very bed experience i had ever had in my life, last moment flight got cancelled so I have no other choice, so I decided to stay one night in airport hotel which is horrible, really upset for the hotel service, staff, room and airport transfer. If you are in Delhi airport please avoid this hotel. Nothing is good here...👹👹👹👹

I've never stayed somewhere so awful in my life.
The reception itself is shabby and the employees just seemed a bit clueless about the reservation but I had my fingers crossed that the room would be better and at least be clean for our one night stay.. I couldn't be more wrong as you will see from the photos provided!
The room we booked was a 'Deluxe double room' and from what we got, I'd hate to see a basic double! There are scuff marks all over the walls and a plug socket hanging off it too, the door handle inside the room was practically none existent and to top it off, the toilet hadn't even been cleaned and had urine on the seat! I'm absolutely disgusted at the standard of cleanliness of this hotel and would never recommend anyone to stsy here.
Lastly, all night there are people running up and down the hall and stairways shouting and listening to music/watching telly, making it almost impossible to sleep. The price does not reflect the room, I wouldn't even pay half the amount for these conditions!

Room was small but it was well clean with Hot water,its budget property,we stayed with friend and found good services,located on main high way so you can find easily,all staff was very co operative,room service was available 24 hours.

We stayed in December and found hotel was comfortable for average price,room was clean,hot water and WiFi was available,they don't have restaurant but they have room service so if you order any food that will serve in your room,but next to hotel there is bar and many restaurants available,

I was there for 2 days i found everything very well organised .

This was an excellent value for money hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite, the room was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised how good the food was at a very reasonable cost. Overall for the price we paid it was a very good find and the cost of the taxi to the airport was alot more reasonable than we expected - very satisfied.
