Excelente lugar
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel, especialmente considerando que llegamos en días festivos, cuando hay alta demanda.

Desde el primer momento fueron muy atentos: antes de llegar nos contactaron para comentarnos un detalle de la habitación (sin ventana) y ofrecernos alternativas. Incluso nos sugirieron cambiarnos a una más tranquila, ya que al haber más gente puede haber mayor movimiento y algo de ruido.

La ubicación es muy conveniente: está a la entrada de Tam Coc desde Ninh Binh, lo que facilita moverse sin quedar en medio del tráfico. Para nosotros fue muy práctico al momento de tomar Grab. Además, ofrecen bicicletas y motos para recorrer la zona, y cuentan con piscina, ideal para refrescarse.

La atención en recepción fue muy cercana y siempre con buena disposición.

El desayuno estaba incluido y fue muy bueno.

También nos ayudaron a coordinar el traslado a Hanoi con un servicio door to door a buen precio, lo que nos facilitó mucho la salida.

En general, una estadía muy cómoda y bien atendida. Muy recomendable.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay
Pros:

Very clean rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to rent motorbikes and bikes which were very convenient for getting around tam coc. Only a short walk from the main area where you can find lots of really nice coffee shops and restaurants.

Die Landschaft

Cons:

Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Der Balkon war dermaßen verschmutzt, dass man ihn nur anschauen konnte (von Innen). Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht, sodass wir woanders frühstücken gingen. Der Pool ist nicht zu benutzen (dreckig, alt und unpraktisch).
Das Personal ist außerdem sehr Faul!
Fazit: Bilder täuschen, wir sind enttäuscht. Nehmt es nicht....

Im Nachhinein sagen sie, dass der Balkon geputzt sei. Klar, deswegen habe ich auch Schwarze Socken danach 🫪

Ночевали одну ночь, VIP номер 301.
Отель превосходный в соотношении цена/качество. Номера в целом все просторные. Наш номер был очень чистым. Кондиционер, холодильник исправны, постельное бельё/полотенца чистые. Предоставлены: шампунь, зубные щётки, гель для душа, фен.
Хозяин отеля и весь персонал отзывчивые и заботливые, ставлю им 100 из 10.
Завтрак на любителя, но при отеле есть меню за деньги: вкусно, разнообразно, дёшево.

Ich hatte ein Bett im Schlafsaal mit 8 Betten gebucht und hatte das Zimmer für mich alleine.

Cons:

Bauarbeiten am Pool. War nicht laut aber wollte dann halt auch nicht in den Pool.

Bien dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Grande chambre, propre et calme (car ne donne pas sur la rue très passante devant l'hôtel).
Emplacement à l'écart du centre tout en étant proche à pied (10 minutes).
Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place (120,000 VND / jour).

Cons:

La seule ouverture vers l'extérieur est la baie vitrée qui sert d'entrée. Donc si vous voulez aérer, vous êtes "dehors".
Le rideau occultant n'arrive pas jusqu'en bas de la baie vitrée donc de la lumière dans la chambre dès le lever du jour.
Quelques étourderies de la part du personnel : pas de serviettes après le nettoyage de la chambre, électricité coupée dans la chambre, linge rendu sans les sacs de départ. Rien de bien grave mais cela fait plusieurs petites choses qui s'accumulent.

Double bed in a dorm was a nice plus though only one plug by the bed. Good breakfast and got a bike with them easily. Location is good, 10 min walk from centre.
