Bathroom was a bit small
The staff were super nice. Service requests are done with in no time. We are so impressed with the overall service.
The only things is parking fee.
Perfect location. Very walkable and lots to explore downtown. We did the hop on hop off which gave us the lay of the land. If tired, the taxi fares are probably the cheapest I have ever seen so that was a great option for getting around. This location was also safe to walk at night but wouldn't recommend going off too far outside the daylight.

Room: The beds were comfortable but the rooms were a little small. Bathrooms were ok stocked with essentials
Service: The reception was really nice when we checked in however the days following this the reception team wasn't as pleasant to deal with.
Location: The hotel was located about 5min from Robson St (centre of town), however was located towards the grungier end of town where there was a lot of homeless people. Despite us being on the 13th floor, we could hear the music from the clubs down stairs. We could hear police sirens every night or best case maybe every 2 nights.
The staff were really amazing and went above and beyond.
The hotel restaurant was a bit limited but there are so many food options near the hotel.
The property was perfect just the location has a lot of homeless around the building which is fine just makes you nervous at night.
Everything was very nice!
This time the bed was in a separate room from the street noise and it was very peaceful. Excellent folks.
Apparently the wife found little black hairs in the shower nozzle tho.
