I was very satisfied with the stay overall. The rooms are very clean and I loved the bed, it was so comfortable. First time I slept a full night in years. The hotel is located right in the midst of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great food and the staff is also friendly. The food was good and the wait was not long.
Amazing and extremely clean hotel! Friendly staff! Great spot can walk and there is alot to do in this part of Vancouver! I will be staying here again!

Vriendelijke staff. We mochten een half uurtje eerder in de kamer. Vragen vooraf werden goed beantwoord. Kamertemperatuur was goed te reguleren. Ruime suite.
Erg kleine tweepersoonsbedden. Spullen in de kamer gedateerd.
The room was nice and big and the staff was friendly.
There was a blood stain on our sheets and there was no general housekeeping, seems like u have to wait 3 days to get your bed made and with the sheets being 3 operate sheets piled on top of each other it was annoying. Also meant that there was no one coming in to empty the bins. Felt like the price was a bit high when u have to do everything yourself and breakfast wasnt even included.

La suite était géniale. L'emplacement idéal. Personnel aimable et disponible et SURTOUT qui fait l'effort de parler en français. Une vraie douche dans la salle de bains.
Dommage que pour le prix le petit déjeuner ne soit pas compris.

Wonderful stay great staff.
The shampoo smelled nice and the towels were fluffy, the fridge was clean and cold
The noise from the street and the bed was too soft. I sank into the bed this caused my shoulders to fold towards my ears and my neck to be pushed causing my chin to be pushed toward my chest - very uncomfortable.
There weren't enough regular coffee pods to allow my spouse and I to have two small coffee each.
