Overall I we enjoyed our stay and had a lot of fun in Vancouver.
Pros:

You can access everything in downtown easily from the hotel. Walking is pleasant if you get a couple of blocks further from the hotel. The room was very big and clean. The furniture was old but clean.

Cons:

The furniture was too old and a bit depressing. The neighbourhood was too noisy and a bit dirty.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Tamim, who was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He took the time to recommend places to visit and restaurants to try, which made my trip even more enjoyable.

The entire staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. They took all my questions seriously and ensured that my needs were met promptly.

I would definitely return to this magnificent hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and a memorable experience.

Pros:

Location excellent for FIFA parties and walkable to the stadium. Staff very accommodating and friendly, especially Shaf who was able to get our room ready quicker than expected! The room was extremely well equipped and comfortable.

The location was great. Everything was easily reachable on foot, and the Underground station was nearby, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport.
The room was spacious enough and clean.

Cons:

The sofa bed was a bit old and quite noisy whenever you moved around at night, but it served its purpose.

Perfectly fine stay for exploring Vancouver
Pros:

Very nice view from our room, appreciated the coffee machine and microwave, very clean and kind & welcoming staff.

Cons:

The location is great for exploring downtown, however the street the hotel is located on is a bit rugged in some places. Groups of homeless people etc.
