Pros:

The whole atmosphere was great. The staff was super nice! Checked on me after I checked in, letting me know if I need anything. Stayed there due to us going to the BTS concert. They also gave us water upon arrival. Will be staying there again. 💜🖤💜

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. I highly recommend!

The room was very clean! The staff were so friendly!

I would come back
Pros:

Very Clean and friendly staff, enough parking, love the 24/7 coffee, tea and cocoa. I like that they text you and you can text them back

Cons:

Third floor ice maker machine was broken, breakfast was more basic than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Pancake machine was cool but very slow

Needs outside help! Seating and a pool.
Pros:

The decor of the room.

Cons:

This facility needs a pool. It was 100 degrees with no way to stay cool. It also needs a sitting area for family and friends to enjoy the outdoor space. This was was the 4th of July weekend, and I saw many guest sitting on the curb in the parking lot watching the fireworks. My family was leaning against their vehicles while watching fireworks.
