Buyer Beware
Pros:

We loved this hotel until they literally stole our money! We drive frequently from Kentucky to MN and have always stayed here. Sadly, my father passed away recently and we had to make another trip in July for a funeral. We booked our stay on July 11th but after talking with some other family members who were traveling there for the funeral and wanted to drive further, we decided we would join them as it was an important time to be with family. We canceled our reservation a full 48 ahead and received a cancellation confirmation. A week later we realized we’d been charged even though we didn’t stay. We thought perhaps it would take some time to receive our refund so waited another week. When we still didn’t, we contacted the hotel only to discover they refused to refund us! I gave them the cancellation confirmation number and everything but they said it’d been too long (2 weeks) and they couldn’t do it for us even though it was their mistake. What an awful way to treat frequent guests and add expenses and stress to an already grieving family. We won’t ever feel comfortable reserving a hotel here again! We took all our documents and reported them to our credit card company as fraud because that’s indeed what it was. Seriously so sad and shameful

The room was comfortable and accommodated us with our grandchildren.
Pros:

The breakfast was average. I like that the suite had real plates and cups.

Cons:

Our TV did not work. WE were in our pajamas and called the front desk to see if we were doing something wrong and were told to come down and get a new battery. We didn't want to get redressed to come down and just went to bed.

Internet nur umsonst wenn man alle persönlichenDaten nochmals auf seperater Plattform angiebt. Die Daten wurden doch schon beim einchecken alle erfasst. Trotzdem reichen dann Name und Zimmernummer nicht aus.
Stellt sich die Frage wozu oder von wem diese getrennte Datenerfassung genutzt oder weiterverarbeitet wird. Übrigens ein Problem bei allen Hilton Hotels . Sehr ärgerlich bei den Zimmerpreisen.
Zimmerpreise am Wochenende doppelt so hoch. Steht in keinem Verhältnis.
Frühstück immer extra zu bezahlen und zu teuer.
Wie so viele andere nie wieder Hilton.

Great place to stay! Very near everything
Pros:

It was easy to book, it was close to everything, staff, especially Keith were so welcoming!

Cons:

There was confusion about what days our rooms should be cleaned. I guess we had that do not disturb on at 8 AM in the morning took it off by 10:30 AM and left for the day.. Came back at 9 PM and it hadn’t been cleaned because they said we had they do not disturb sign on our room earlier. I guess it would be good to know what are the cleaning hours? Because when we left the building around 10:30 AM, they were still on the floor cleaning rooms. We assume they would come to ours. We got it all fixed though after that.

Clean and modern suite.
Pros:

Thanks for a very convenient drive by location. Next to the interstate and It was down the street from anything and everything Rockford had to offer. The room was like an apartment . It slept 6 properly. Two tvs and a separate living room/kitchenette for those s tee tying up a little later. We will return to this spot.
