Great Hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is so clean and the staff if the most friendly of any hotel we have stayed at. We will definitely be staying again!

WILL BOOK AGAIN
Pros:

I had my daughter's birthday party at Home2 Suites. Rose was phenomenal at accommodating our family and guests. The room was clean. Everyone had a fantastic time! The price is unbeatable!

It was ok probably won’t stay there again
Pros:

Location, full kitchen if I needed it with dishwasher and laundry services, heated pool don’t use it but looked good and the fitness center small but glad they offer it.

Cons:

The beds uncomfortable the pillows were too soft, the room was cold despite the thermostat change.

Great Business Stay
Pros:

I had a great business stay at Home2 Suites in Loves Park (Rockford). The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for working and relaxing after a full day. The suite layout made it easy to spread out and get work done, and the Wi‑Fi was reliable throughout my stay.
The staff was friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out quick and smooth. I also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and major roads. Breakfast was a nice bonus to start the day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and business‑friendly. I would definitely stay here again for future work trips.

Nice place, great value, some minor hiccups with the stay.
Pros:

Nice place, lots of drinks available throughout the day, clean place.

Cons:

Breakfast eggs were dry, sausage was alright. Not a lot of choice compared to other Home2 Suite properties. Beds were comfortable and clean, pillow choice wasn’t good, woke up with sore neck.
